I had really bad cellulite and I hated my legs and something I have have been doing lately is exfoliating every day. I'm using one of those scrunchie type wash things, you know http://i15.ebayimg.com/08/i/001/34/d1/da4d_1. JPG <link there so you know what I'm going on about, basically its just means instead of having a normal wash in bath/shower I scrub and then after I use cocoa butter lotion or nivea oil moisteriser and have noticed a major difference. I'd actually wear shorter shorts now and not be too bothered about my legs - I even went swimming and didn't feel like my saddle bags were all orange peely! Hope that helps! |

I notice this is a late response as you posted in 2007! But I'll reply anyway! I bought some this past weekend at my local asian supermarket, I found them in the fridge section with the tofu etc. I assume some health food shops may still sell it with all their tofu based products. Name: Jenny Okay had a little set back this week. Although my goal is 180 and so I only have 3.75 left to lose until last weigh in and meet it, I'm not sure if I'll do it! This is quite a hard time of year, I've got about 6 family/friend events that I can think of within those dates and I don't want my Xmas to be spoiled by me counting calories obsessively! I think if i could maintain until jan 5 then I would be sooooo chuffed! Thats when the serious dieting starts for my goal date of July 13th and 154lbs! But I will be good around the events to avoid any unessassary weigh gain! Last week was a blip and will not happen again! |

Hope Faye was okay to you guys in FL. I'm trying to be good, ate way too many chocs at work last night but counted the cals and scales still saying its going down so I'm happy, would love to be 181 come mon...that would be a weight loss of 3lbs this week? We'll see how I do this coming weekend! |

| I love the wii fit, I must dust mine off, I knew i should have fought for my exercise bike instead at the time but my boyfriend was adement a Wii fit would be better...I do like the hula hoop and the yoga though, I tend to find though I do the balance games rather than the aerobic which is probably not that great for me.
I'm in work at the mo and have eaten about 6 hero's/celebrations...how many cals is that? I knew I shoudlnt have had the first one cos then I just couldn't stop! OOOppps! Good luck tomorrow! |

I'm 5'9", 27yo and 184lbs, first goal is 168lbs although ultimate goal is 147, as you will see form my profile I have many MINI goals!!! :oP I'm sticking to 1500/day and will try and get some exercise in after thsi week as I'm on nights and no way am I trying to start this week!! chat soon, jen x |

I don't think England would cope, when ever something like that happens its like a total major disaster, its like we don't get prior warning which they must be able to tell us seems you guys get it! ro50bin-I totally understand where you are coming from, the ups are beginning to become a bit more regular! I just wanna get below 181 to feel a bit more secure again and less outta control! Ro50bin and wendy, my small goal is by oct 5! | Hey Eire! Welcome! I don't exercise, I'm really rubbish and plan to start Turbo Jam soon but I'm on nights this week so when I'm waking at 4pm ish I just can't get the motivation.
8st 13lbs is kinda low for your height...although I'm not gonna preach to you what is right or wrong 4 you, I know the BMI guide should just be looked at as a guide and not the be all and end all and it all depends on your shape etc. Anyways hope you get to goal, what are u eating at the mo cals wise? Do you exercise? |

| Hi all! I posted on this a while back and then I kinda fell off the diet wagon, gained back what I had lost since Jan1st...so back to square one! At leats my weight is still down from when I first ever started in April last year!
Anywho as of today I am 184lbs. I was 188 last week so pretty chuffed with my first week back on it! My hubby is down 3lbs as well on his first ever week CC'ing! So he's pleased as well! Byyyyeeee! |

| hello all! I know sammii's back, anyone else out there? I have been AWOL for a while and piled the weight back on, I now have a personal goal (I need a BR) so would like to lose 20lbs prior to asking my GP for a referel.
Anywho!! I agree Kat, whats with this weather!?!?!?! My campting trip in N.wales was even cut short due to the heavy rain!!! And eating salads when its pouring down outside and freezing aint good! Anyway! Write back Brits, we've done so well at the Olympics, so lets do well on CC too!!!! |

| You know if I cant be botehred exercising I just do 10mins on the wii fit or my pilates DVD, find yourself a fun fitness DVD like turbo jam.
Get a wii fit. They are ace!!! Exercise hard and remember the feeling of accomplishment you have. Don't worry what other people think cos you are the only one that matters Good luck |

i thought maybe 147 was a bit low for me...im 5'9" but then I remember being 137 when I was 18, although that just piled straight back on, I had had my tonsils out and hardly ate for 2 weeks so dropped 10lbs. At the mo I am 182(well thats the official weight but really as of this morning i am 180), been exercising everyday and eating 1500cal, so maybe my target should stick to 147 as people are jealous when they say you would look too think when really I would be a BMI of 22!! Anyway Im in work so I had better go! |

have you thought about going the vegy route? I eat alot of quorn meat, the burgers, mince and chicken style pieces are all great and about 100grams=100cals!!! Also a bit cheaper than meat as well! |

I can't wait to get to a point where people stop asking me when the diet starts (as Im always starting a new diet) or when they just start saying that I look good and that I look like Ive lost weight (being told you look healthy just doesnt cut it really!)
