Thank you!  I think I am just to the point where I can't do this on my own anymore, I lose 10 or 15 lbs and I always gain it all back.  I don't have anyone around me that sturggles like I do and no one to keep me motivated.  I think this is just what I need. 

I love exercising but find it hard to find the time I am a full time student school from 7:30am to 4:30 or 5 pm and then 6 hours of homework.  It is tough but I think I can do it.

I'm a bit shorter then you all 5'4" I am starting out at 190 lbs and really need to find some motivation to get myself down to 140 lbs (never saw that number before). Can I join yahs?

I have the same problem, I am 5'4" and weight 179 pounds.  When I tell people what I weigh they almost fall over and call me a liar.  (if I was going to lie about my weight wouldn't I say I weighed less).  People say I look like I weigh what my goal weight is.  I am really muscular and carry my weight well, I know women who weigh the same as me and are much larger and flabbier.  So, it really doesn't bother me when people tell me I look like I weigh less, it is a good thing.

You already know the answer....start fresh tomorrow.  Yesterday was a really really bad day for me, I went over my calorie allowance by over 1000 calories.  I am not beating myself up over it, I am moving on.  Don't let this one binge affect you too much, it was one mistake, just let it go.

You need to eat more, especially when you are exercising.  Min calorie intake for women is 1200 and men is 1500.

Also eating something every four hours is helpful.

I agree with you...the goal weight I have set for myself is above what my BMI says I should be at.  I am really muscular for a woman and carry my weight fairly well.  I weigh 186 pounds am 5'4" and wear a size 12.  The BMI doesn't take into account if you are muscular....so I think it is personal at least it is for me.  Pick a weight where you will be happy and healthy.
