| i don't know, i've been in asia a few times and chineses/japanese are always corporating soy into their diet; especially the japenese, i've met a group of 80+ year olds there before who all sit out aside this shop and drink sake/soy milk by the gallons and they're fine.. | |||

| Maybe you're getting too much water and too little fibre..? I know that when stool absorbs too much water it can start to harden after awhile | |||

| Fibre will do that for the longest time until your body is used to it.
The same thing used to happen with me and apples, I'd eat a large apple and then I'd get really gassy/bloated, but then a month or two later my body adapted and it hasn't happened since. |

| Reallllly sorry for bringing this topic back up, but do you people even know how to taste dark chocolate? You don't chew it.. you bite a piece off and let it melt on your mouth, should take 1-2 minutes. You get a sort've-natural high from it if you do it that way. I know that I get loopy and start laughing at everything I see. | |||

| Damn... 700 is insanely low.
I'd say increase your calories slowly again, you might just be gaining water weight and your metabolism will need awhile to readjust itself. The only real reason people gain back their weight is because they figure they can eat whatever the hell they want since they lost all their weight, and they'd do it without exercising. |

| http://www.hpathy.com/healthtools/calories-ne ed.asp Try that and see what it gives you, then adjust your calories to whatever makes you feel comfortable. If you do plan on increasing calories then increase them slowly every little while, that way your metabolism will adjust to it. |

| ais, just calculate it any see how many calories are in it, and then balance it out in your cheat day, like right now my daily calorie limit is 1500 but every cheat day I bring it up to 2100 or 2200, and then the excess calories just end up being burnt off through the week | |||

| You know.. if you're on a calorie-reduced diet they recommend having a cheat day every 7 days or so. Your metabolism begins to slow when you reduce your calories too quickly, and when you suddenly increase your normal calorie in take by about 500-700 it gets brought right back up. | |||
