ok..i just had to pop in and say hi..  Its TTOM, I have cramps and I just want to eat...   I came home early because I want to lay in my bed and curl up in a ball!!!  So, i'm going to.   Hope you all are doing well.   Miss you all!! Wink

I LOVE Jane Green, I read this book about 6 years ago, and i love it!!  Its a great story of how screwed up our society is and how she wanted to be "perfect" for him....  but in all reality, the way she was, was what he wanted in the first place...  ironic really..

none the less, wonderful read!!

That's probably about right, as long as you're mixing up the machines and keeping the body guessing. I do full body workouts usually, too. I usually post them in my journal, if you're ever looking for ways to switch up your workouts. :)

I do the same 7 machines every other day, granted I just started the weight training on Sunday, so my body's definately not used to it yet.. lol

Yeah Suz, I agree...    The doc told me to increase the amount of strength training to burn more fat, and obviously gain more muscle..

CC set my goal at 148, and I think thats too low for me.  I weigh more than I look, and generally, I always have.  I want to be a size 12-14, and the last time I was that size I was around 170-180

yeah, if we got a puppy it would stay small, I'm talking miniature pincsher, or chihuahua, something along those lines. 

But, we already have a dog, a big dog, and we're never home as it is... so I dont want to get another dog and have it be lonely.

I cant even tell you the last time I had peanut  butter. I love the stuff and Im able to eat 1/2 the damn jar...   I stay away because I cant control myself.

So I guess this is why my doctor told me to increase my strength training because even though the 40 minutes of cardio 6 days a week is good, I need to increase muscle mass.....

YEAH ANGIE!  3 lbs is wonderful!! Thats actually what I expected this week, and when it said 311, i had to step on it twice to make sure it was real.  LOL

I've lost 16 lbs so far.  My mini goal is 10% of my weight my Jan 1 08, which is 32 lbs, I'm half way there!!!
