ok. I haven't posted in over a week. Plus, I waaaaay overate this past week since my parents came. Last time I was 148, but I'm pretty sure I'm in mid 150s by now. I'll check tomorrow. I really need to control myself.

ugh!! I broke my diet all week! and I was doing so well last week. I was even at 149!! But now I'm too scared to check the scale. =(( I just want to be at 140 by June!

but won't these extras negate the health value of oatmeal? I don't know. I've been too scared to add things in because I thought it might be bad for my weight. I guess I'll try adding in granola tomorrow.

hey kate. I know how you feel. I have a hard time getting to 1300 calories a day, but I still can't lose weight and I work out too! I also cut soda (and most juices), pastries, and desserts completely from my diet but I gained two pounds in the last few days! this is so hard!

this is perfect! I kept seeing on the other boards women who were really tall and the same weight. 5'1. 152. we should have weekly challenges.

hey, can someone talk more about sodium? it's mentioned a lot on the board but I don't really understand. what foods is it in and do I need it?

I don't know if anyone replied to acaruthers yet, but I'm taking a multi-vitamin. It's called equaline and it has calcium, iron, and zinc. I'm hoping it'll make up for all the meals I miss.

hey. I just saw this discussion. Hope no one minds that I'm joining. I weighed in at 152 today (but I was 150 two days ago!). Anyways, I really want to go down to mid 140s by end of April so hopefully....anyways, just wanted to put in my first post and what does TOTTM stand for?
