| ok. I haven't posted in over a week. Plus, I waaaaay overate this past week since my parents came. Last time I was 148, but I'm pretty sure I'm in mid 150s by now. I'll check tomorrow. I really need to control myself. | |||

| ugh!! I broke my diet all week! and I was doing so well last week. I was even at 149!! But now I'm too scared to check the scale. =(( I just want to be at 140 by June! | |||

| but won't these extras negate the health value of oatmeal? I don't know. I've been too scared to add things in because I thought it might be bad for my weight. I guess I'll try adding in granola tomorrow. | |||

| hey kate. I know how you feel. I have a hard time getting to 1300 calories a day, but I still can't lose weight and I work out too! I also cut soda (and most juices), pastries, and desserts completely from my diet but I gained two pounds in the last few days! this is so hard! | |||

| I don't know if anyone replied to acaruthers yet, but I'm taking a multi-vitamin. It's called equaline and it has calcium, iron, and zinc. I'm hoping it'll make up for all the meals I miss. | |||

| hey. I just saw this discussion. Hope no one minds that I'm joining. I weighed in at 152 today (but I was 150 two days ago!). Anyways, I really want to go down to mid 140s by end of April so hopefully....anyways, just wanted to put in my first post and what does TOTTM stand for? | |||
