Hi guys i am around, been so freaking busy, have not even logged calories!  UGHHH  i know i am staying around 1400, water has been bad living on coffee, i am so tired! 

Scale has not hardly moved 189....thats 2 pounds this month WTF?  and 11 pounds for my goal date of apr 30th eekk!!!! 

I feel lost skimming e1s post :(  imma go read them!

Gosh i thought i have posted the other day, i swore i did........HOW weird it is like missing!!!!!!!!!!!

ok so ill paste this from my journal i just wrote:

Well went and did my measurements and weight.  I lost 15.2 pounds and 10 3/4 inches in 6 weeks there.  Hit both my goals, hope that keeps me going for the next 6 weeks =)

Hubby talked me into going to gold's gym and meeting with a trainer there, cause i have been sad about my scale the last couple of weeks.  She was pretty informative, but i already am doing everything right she said, and if i joined there and did a few sessions with her she thinks (of course) that she could get my scale moving more.  So i dunno....this is what i got from her....according to her lil printout from there scale thing, i burn 1600 calories a day doing nothing (less then what it says on here) and she says i need to eat at least 1600 calories a day.  Which that scares the **** outta me cause the 1200 a day works better for me or so my mind thinks and that with myh workouts and i burn 400-700 calories working out, my body would lose better.  Again stuff i knowwwwwwww but dont do.  Also this lil print out shows how much water i have it said 79.4 pounds, so i need more, it needs to be about 1/2 my body weight.  Which i have been slacking on the last couple of weeks,  it also told me my body muscle 109 pounds and my fat was 81, i said oMG i cant weight 110 she laff'd at me, and said based on that and building muscle i will prolly be good at about 140, of course we would know more getting there.  So i really liked her....NOT sure if i wanna spend 200 bux on 3 visits with her.....cause she thinks i wouldnt need her the whole time, just to get started and then maybe during my plateaus to really push me and change up my workout.  But joining the gym along with the other gym i am going to would cost me anouther 30 bux a month so i dont know what i wanna do!

Part of me thinks that right now i am doing everything right to stick with it, UP MY WATER and maybe my calories.......something i will have to think about.

 

OK so i didnt have to retype all of that, sry i guess i havent posted but i swearrrrrrrrrrrr i did friday before my crazy busy weekend!!!! 

Now i gotta go back and read e1's post and get things ready for this wedding i am shooting this weekend, and ill be backkkkkkkkk =)

Hi everyone!!  I am Chris =)  I have 3 kids 14,13,and 3.  I started this weightloss journey almosy 2 years ago now here on CC, i did great lost 40 pounds rather quickly 4 months, and since then i go back and forth cause i hit my plateau mark, and its like i give up, well i AM gonna work through it this time No pity binge gonna happen =)

OHHHHHHHHHHH VAl that sounds fun!!!  I miss those days where i would help my kids with sports, now that they are "teens" gawd that sounds weird, they want me for nothing but money =)  Good thing i love them!  However i do need to get dylen he will be 4 in april to lil league!!  Let the fun begin!!!

Sorryyyyyyyy Sheila i was at work all day =( Trust me i would of much rather been here !!  I wish i could not eat fatty stuff anymore, as i am eating pizza. However it is pizza hut, the mia pizza....170 cal a slice MMMMMMMMMMMM

Kinda having a binge day but i think i need to be upping my calories anyway I will be at 1575 when i finish this piece! my scale has not moved a bit for 10 days, but to my surprise it went down .6 this morning 190 evennnnnn So maybe my "pause" is over and ill sail thru the 80s?  we shal see i always get stuck between 180-183 but NOTTTTTTTTTTTT this time or imma scream!  So i had my goal at 183 on  march 19th, thats 7 pounds in 7 days ummmm think i need to rethink that!!!!  but hey after the "pause" maybeeeeee?

Wb Sheila,Glad u are starting to feel human again!!  And i am very glad everything went well!!

Thanks guys i am feeling much better about everything, been busy at work, and lost my mind and got another dog.  I wasnt gonna but Vanessa wanted one for her bday which was this past sat, and i sure didnt argue, however i feel bad like comparing Alice (new dog) to Austin.  BTW we didnt name him or her she is almost 1, austin was 2 when we got him, kinda cool both A names!  She is a very good dog, sherpard mix, adorableeeeeeee i call her sweet alice, she weighs about 60, small from having austin always jump in my lap he was a 90-100 pound rott depending on his eating that week!  Alice love walking and running she keeps up well!

Ok on the weight front my SCALE did not move last week!!  I can not  eat any more perfectworked out only 4 times, but i am sure skipping one (didnt wanna leave alice lol)  BUTTTTTTTTTTT the scale shoulda moved hubby says maybe u gained muscle, i yelled "whatever" as i kicked the scale! 

This week friday or sat not sure when i want to do it, i do my weight there and measurements, it will be 6 weeks back at this full force, even though i started earlier with run/walks and slightly changing my eating to back to right.  I am excited hoping it gets me outta my pissed off at the scale mood.  And i will be ready for the next 6 weeks!!

Man Val that has to be super stressful people getting let go!  I am sorry to hear that!

I hope u see 173 too KT, and i hope i see 189 i just want that to go down 1.6 in two weeks is that asking too much?  LOl

Hi guys i am sorry i have not been around.  Been a rough week for me.  I have been on logging my calories and still going to the gym. 

Tuesday was the day my daughter died 11 years ago.... so i was more emotional then i have been in a few years cause my doggie died monday we had to put him down...and i know it may sound silly but just made me ten times more emotional.  He was the BEST dog in the world, a big ole cuddly rott, awww i miss him.

I am doing better now.....still plugging away at my excersise and eating, no loss from the scale i will wait till sat or sunday it is usually when the thing moves.

Imma go catch up on post hope e1 is doing great!

No i am not having them do my measurements till the 14th of march...i wanted 6 weeks back in....  And my workout friday was sooooo good i rather enjoyed it, i am sure glad i am "enjoying" working out again!  

Well we didnt do much of anything this weekend, which was fine by me!  I worked yesterday then went to a friends house.  Today was a chill day went to souper salads for lunch yummmmmmmmm  and now i am eating my favorite comfort food breakfast tacos, hopefully i can not binge out em!

Let us know KT how the new pill works, and if it makes u feel weird.  I always wonder about that!!!!  How was your workout yesterday?  And did u get some rest today?  Hope so!!

Well my scale for the week, was actually pretty good to me, 2.8 pounds, i am now at 190.6 so i should def. be in the 180s this week!!  And thats 12 pounds down since i restarted Jan 19th, so i should not get so pissy when the scale doesnt budge one day and wait for my weeks results!

OK off to play GH world tour!

I am here i am here!!  I had two latenights at work, then coming home and working out and dinner its been a mess not eating dinner till 8 or 8:30  sigh it is annoying!!

No movement on the scale for me, which really pisses me off and frustrates me cause i am doing everything in my power to make it move, i need to STEP AWAY from the scale i think!!!!

I am about to go to the gym for a good 50 min workout, cause i work tomorrow morning i will not be working out tomorrow or sunday there, but i am gonna do something small at home i think! 

I am also gonna clean a lil and do laundry today oh and plant flowers, it is another beautiful day here i wanna enjoy it outside as much as possible! 

YAY!!!  KT glad ur 175 stuck!!!! wooooooooofreakinghoooooooo  (remember that) 

Val i bet yours not sticking was the sodium, i love your workout schedule!!

Ok i have 2 weeks till i am having them remeasure me so if i make it thru these two weeks and have good numbers i think i will feel some of this frustration with the scale go away!  Either way i just gotta keep plugging away i so wanna see the 80s next week..........we shall see

Wow I had no idea some states were holding back refunds sheesh!!  We dont have a state income tax in texas....That is pretty crappy!!

I bout myself a HRM watch i loveeeeeeeeee it!  I burned 400 calories during my workout tonight, i should of left it on all day to see what i burned i did lawn work all day mow, blow,seed, fertilize, rocks, mulch......back to my real job tomorrow...and thurs then imma do my flowers on friday...hopefully i will be in the 80s weight wise next week!!!!

Ahhhhhhhhhh today was a much better day i am not being a witch anymore lol!!

I work 4 days a week now which i am happy about sat sun tues and wed.  I like it way better then anymore then that lmao  and i only work everyother sunday so even better!  =)  Work was good though today i didnt wanna kill anyone.......

MY scale finally moved since wed morning was down .4  took long enuff LOL i have no patience,  took me 1 month and 3 days to lose 10 pounds.....well when i say it like that doesnt seem so bad.  now i really feel like a whiney baby!!!

Glad u had fun last night Val, i would of wanted to dance too!!!  I love dancing especially after a couple of drinks!

wtg kt on fighting the urge to go get that mcflurry, that  is tuff, i hate cravings!!  I wanted mint choc chip ice cream yesterday so bad....i bought those grasshopper 100 cal. packs of mint choc cookies close enuff and i got my fix.

With TOM finally coming i want sodium and choc!!!!!!  mmmmmmmmmm

No workout for me today, which i have not been doing on saturdays if i have to work in the morning to much rushing, and then i feel sick LOL imma baby!!  But shower dressed and makeup in 30 min is to muchhhhhhhh!!

OMG if TOM doesnt start soon imma go nuts!!  I just know that is why my scale isnt budging!!!!!!!  at least it isnt going up =)

Ok imma watch CSI and chill maybe ill be in a better mood for work tomorrow....prolly not LOL

I had a great workout this morning!!! Just a random thought LOL

I also ate at chick fil a for the first time today was careful just had a half a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of waffle fries, only ate 4 of em....brought the rest home entered my sand only 270 calories for the whole thing??????  I even checked chick fil a's website and 260 on there...i ate the rest LMAO and my calories were still a lil low but 1200, need to be a lil higher with my workouts, but somedays i cant do much better especially when i have a HUGE salad at lunch and it is only 120 calories with double the chicken.....maybe i should put cheese on it that would up it!!!  and mmmmmmm i love cheese!

Ok guys im off to bed, gotta work tomorrow........busy busy day

I went to his myspace page when u told me about him....he is good awesome creativity!!  I really liked his work =)

Ok breakfast tacos the ones he made were eggs sausage (burnt) cause i dont like meat much?  lol and cheese in a tortilla the way i make em they are about 220 calories each and i load em with hot sauce!!!!  OMG they are so good...but umm i ate 4?  i totalle binged out yesterday cause im sich a sucker for those!!  I was about 1800 calories still a 700 calorie deficit but OMGGGGG

Yes i did work out last night about an hour was a tuff workout i was sore today and today i only went for like 30 min but still i burn a ton there i also make sure my heart rate is at a 80 percent burn rate the whole time.  I want a HRM watch!

How was your day VAl?

O0o skating regularly would be a great workout val sexyyyyyyyy legs, and nice butt!!!!  That is great too the lil V would love it to, would be fun mom and daughter time!!

My legs are so sore after my workout tonight, imma blame it on working!!  Was down .2 today im sure would of been a lil more but i had a ton of sodium yesterday....hopefully the gallon of water today fixes that!

hello hello hello!!!   I have decided i need to devote 10 min in the morning on here to journal and enter what i "think" imma eat each day and then at night so i can enter my foods and get my lil grade!!  So i need to be here everyday yell loud if u dont see me!!  Wink

Was down .4 this morning....trying to lose another .6 by thursday seems doable...imma take these big numbers while i can...i know they wont last!  Almost 10 pounds to go to where i get stuck and give up!!  I am so gonna try and work through that I GOTTA!!!!

YAY KT for under 180!!!!!!!  weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

O0o I used to love roller skating VAL cant wait to hear about it last time i went my kids were 5 and 6?  or 6 and 7 i fell....and brought them down with me OOPS

Hugzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz guys!!!! 

Sorry i have not been on been busy busy who would of thought vday is a mini xmas in the picture world, sheesh!!

I have been staying on track, and since Jan. 19th (when i finally decided to weight myself) i am down 9 pounds so yay!!!  I got 3 days to make it a full 10 and then i will be at 194... AGAIN! 

It feels good to be back on track and hopefully by the end of march ill be back to where i took a leave of absence the last couple times!  This time i will not !!!!

I really wanna be close to goal by the end of the year......

 

Hope everyone had a great Vday!!!!  I have to go clean YUCK  lol

Hi ladies just checking in, i am beat!! 

It is tough working all day and then working out, i feel so bad for everyone in that situation right now!!  Sad i didnt work so long that i forgot how tuff it was!!

Anyways i got a great workout tonight after work it kicked my azz though....i dont think i had enuff calories in me to burn what i was, my body was rejecting the workout if that makes sense.............but i survived "cause im a survivor"  hehe 

Scale was down 1.2 from monday morning hope that sticks around and adds to it for next monday.

OKKKK imma get a glass of water finish watching this fight with hubby before i go to bed!!  Nite

I have decided in texas or austin at least cold=allegies prolly not the same up there huh?  Zyrtec has become my families best friend, coming from someone who wont take medicine LOL  I hope u feel better soon VAL,

LOL i feel the pain there sheila....we need a new car too, i want a camry cause they are roomy and great gas milage.......but with 3 kids we need a van im so not that VAN girl !!!!

House is cleaneddddddd  and i would come help ya anytime sheila if i won the lottery and could afford to go anywhere ~weeeeeeeeeeeeee~

It is kinda sad i broke that milestone of under 200 again, never gonna go on a binger for months like that again, how dumb!!!!

That is awesome LIl V is wanting to do all this excersise too, vanessa has been lately too, this gym i signed up at gave vanessa a free year membership with me, which is cool and good for her too.

HeLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLooooooo my wonderful friends!!!!!  I am off today just got on here been cleaning, you know me!  I was off yesterday but was a recovery day from saturday night drank wayyyyyyyyyy to  much!

Been doing good here excersing good =)  I took sunday off not much was working in my body! 

Down 2 pounds back below 200 so that is a relief, will be glad when i am back to 180 and finally break through that plateau for good this time!

I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee this ladys fitness express, i think i will stick with it this time, or at least i am planning on it!  ok dinner time ill be backkkkkk!
