I'm in!!!

I would love little reminders that I'm not the only one to hear the 2nd and 3rd trips to the food table are not going to make my holiday any more enjoyable.

When we look back we'll see what a great job we did at staying in control of our daily food and activity plans. Lets all make this the holiday season to remember.

I had PRK 10/20/06. I love it!!!! My vision is great and I don't have to worry about my contacts or glasses. It cost me $4,300 for both eyes. That was the best 4k i ever spent!!!

Congrats to you!!! It's all about good choices. You passed a big test and made an A++! Next month when the cravings come, you can look back at this one and smile. You know you can pass on the demons and go with better choices.

I have had this problem too! I don't think there is a person out there that hasn't done some grazing from time to time. Adryael advise is great. I would like to add...

Try fixing a SMALL plate of different foods. Sit down and think about each bite you take. The taste, feel, how many chews it took you before you swallowed it. In between each bite, take a drink of water to clear your pallet. When your done, go and log what you ate and do a journal entry on your observations.

I love my grill! You can cook almost everything on it. From hot sandwiches to bacon (the fat drains off and you don't grease splattered every where and no curling of the bacom), all veggies (great with spices and spray butter) and the best part is frozen meats only take about 1-2 mins longer to cook. I have even made fried cheese (spray butter first then use a low fat string cheese stick with garlic powder or any spices) YUM!!!!

All you have to do is think it up and grill it up!!!!

Hello to all my fellow trackers!!! I'm so excited about restarting my Life Skills!!!

A few years ago I lost a lot of weight but for some reason hidden deep down inside me (I'm working on that), I gained it all back and then some. I know how to lose and how to keep it off thru healthy eating and exercize. The trick is JUST DOING IT, I have to treat it (My life skills) like a part time job that I will have for the rest of my life!!! Haveing said all that,       WELCOME YA'LL!!!

Hello to everyone!!!

I only had a .5 loss this week. It's my TOM, so i'm ok with any loss.

I read this thread everyday and I'm so happy to be a part of this family!!! I love to hear about everyone's life. I see that we are all dealing with some of the same issues.

The best thing that I have learned is LIFE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT!!!!

If I were you, I would call her and let her know (very nicely) that you did not like her behavior the other night. If she says that she is sorry, accept it, but also let her know that for now you would like to get back to your own life.

If she still wants to be friends with you, very nicely tell her no thank you. Tell her you wish her all the best that life has to offer and good bye.

Then hang up the phone and take three deep breaths. Let all the anger and fustrations about her go with each breath you take. If you happen to cross her path, just smile and keep walking or what ever you were doing before she came up to you.

When I have to deal with people I don't wish to be around, I try to be as proffesional as possible, that way I keep myself from falling back into the emotional trap they set. Try not to let her get to you!!!

Just remember to smile and breath. I hope this will help.

YES YOU CAN AND SHOULD!!!!

All you have to do is get a walking tape and off you go. If you have On Demand on your cable service, you can do some of the walking routines for free. You can also get a tape from your local library. If that isn't an option, just walk in place or around the room. Remember to pick up your knees and move your arms.

Hi, I'm 37 and loving it!!!! I don't really feel 37, but I really don't know what any age should feel like. All my life I have felt younger than my stated age.
Some times when I'm buying beer at the store, I think, I hope he doesn't card me. Then I remember MY REAL AGE!!! Those are the kind of things you just don't tell your family and freinds!!

That was my true confession of the day. See ya'll later!!!
