Oh jeez, I hope I lose some breast with the weight loss.

I'm 5'4 and about 155lbs. with a DD chest size. I'm 17. I've heard it was bad to get a breast reduction this young, so I'm hoping weight loss would bring it down a cup or two.

Congratulations on losing that 50lbs! It's an inspiration to read that.

I used to do that for about two years. Not quite that extreme though. I don't remember making myself bleed normally. I would get out of the shower and just pick the skin off of my feet. I don't really anymore though. However, I do pick the skin on my lip sometimes, and I love scratching dandruff off of my head. One of  my friends has soriosis (sp?) on her head, and she lets me scratch the dead skin off her scalp when it becomes especially itchy.

I hope this isn't self-mutilation. I didn't think there was anyting wrong with me.

I love my smile. It's what I get complimented on the most.

I also love knowing that if I reach my goals, I'll have a wonderful hour glass shape.

I just started, so I haven't seen any drastic changes in weight. However, I already feel better.

- cut out pop

- eat healthy snacks

- scheduled time to eat breakfast

- incorporating exercise into my day. it's amazing how fast i could tell this was making a difference. i hate being out of shape.

- my school has a decent salad bar line at lunch, and i've been choosing it over the pizza line

- cooking more meals instead of eating out

- reaching for fruit when I crave something sweet. i was suprised when this worked.

toast with grape jelly

grilled barbecue chicken, white rice, and steamed broccoli

I made dinner tonight, and it was delicious.

I was really big into Pump it Up a few years ago (very similar to DDR).

I think it works really well as far as a good cardio exercise...and it's fun.
