Current Weight 266 Goal 175 Kids. My son Nathan is 6 months old The hardest part of losing weight is not eating! I love to eat. I eat when I am happy. sad, excited, tired, depressed, stressed you name it I eat with the feelings! I am learning to find other things to do rather then shove food in my mouth! |

| I hate those stupid boob smashers too. I am a 40 DD and they barely even fit in those darn things without "spilling" out. I get all my camis at Lane Bryant. They are strechy and no shelf. I LOVE them! | |||

| My sister was 18 when she met her husband who was 29. They got married when she was 20 and he was 31. They are very happy and have been married for 10 years and have 3 beautiflu children.
Age differances can work! Just be careful thats all... |

| My husband and I did a long distance relationship for over a year before we got married. I lived in Seattle and he lived in Arizona. It was really hard but fortunally we were able to fly once a month and see each other for 3 or 4 days. It was not easy by any means, but it was do able and totally worth it! | |||

| I met my hubby on the internet and we talked for about 6 months before we met. I was so nervous to met him in person, not because I though he would not like my personality but becuse I thought he would think I was ugly, even though he has seen a ton of pics of me. It odvously turned out fine since we are now married and have a son! lol

| My midwife told me to consume 500 extra calories if only breastfeeding and if breastfeeding and supplementing with formula to consume 300 extra.
Congrats on being a mommy!! My son is 5 Months and it has been the best! |

| When I started I was almost 300 pds and I am 5'8" as well. I have lost about 22 pds and going strong. I work out 3-4 days a week at eat about 1600 cals a day. My goal is about 175 to start with but would eventually like to get down to 140. | |||

| This is very embarassing but I tracked for a week before I started losing weught and I was averaging about 4500 a day! I did not eat a ton but I ate all bad. greasy food. No wonder I was so fat., I was around 290. | |||

My favorite is the Mrs Dash garlic and lime. It is 35 cals per tablespon. The key is to use only one Tblespoon, water it down with lemon juice and brush it on with a silicon brush. If I use teriyaki sauce I use Larrys which is also 35 cals per tblspoon, water it down with a little pinapple juice(a tad) and lower sodium soy sauce. If you water the marinade down it goes alot further, same great flavor and not many cals. |

| Chicken! We eat grilled chicken alot. We use differant low cal marinades to mix it up, we also eat turkey burgers, salads and lots of steamed veggies at every meal. | |||

| My husband has the metabolism of a hummingbird. When we met we as 170 (he is 6 feet. Well he gained about 15 pounds after a year of marriage which he still looked fine since he is so tall, but he decided he wanted to get down to 175 and tone up. So we hit hte gym together and while I could my cals everyday he still eats like he used to(about 3,000 cals a day) and simply cut out all sugar drinks except once a day. He lost 5 lbs in ONE week.

| Sounds like this job I had once, the boss was a TOTAL control freak. He would bring in cheap nasty cake for a "reward" if we did well that week, If you did not eat the cake you got grilled over the coals why. I even got called into his office once and asked why I refuse his cake since I look like the type of girl that LOVES cake. I crried right then and there and told him I was trying to lose weight and did not want to waste my calories on cake. My boss said I needed to start being a team palyer and eat cake. Thankfully I was only there for 2 more weeks before I quit.... | |||

My son just turned 5 months old. I did not gain a ton of weight when I pregnant(about 28 pds) but I started out overweight so I have a LONG way to go. I have been doing CC for about 2 months now and have lost 16 pds. I am nursing but I also have to give my son formula because he has Acid Reflux and the breastmilk alone is just to thin so he gets sever belly pain, but I am still nursing as much as I can. |

| I was always a "chubby" kid from aout 10 on. When I was 14 I weighed 190pds. I lost about 45 of that and felt great, however I was involved in a VERY controlling church(it was border line cult). Everyone was always picking on me, telling me I was fat and looked like a cow(at 5'7 and about 150 thats hardly a cow). It was really hard on me and I started eating to make myself feel better. I gained alot really fast. By the time I was 18 I was 250. I figured if everyone was going to tell me I was fat everyday of my life anyway I may as well not even try.
I fianally got out of the Church but it was really hard on me. I lost every friend I ever had when I left. I was pretty much shunned. I contined to eat. When I was 22 I finally realized that I was not a bad person and I could lose weight and look good. I lost about 85 pds and for the first time in my life I actually has some confidance. Then I met my husband, he was the best thing that had ever happened to me. I was in love and happy. I moved to Arizona to be with my husband and was very lonley and missed my family and friends so much, I know no one and was trying to plan a wedding. My husband (who has the metabolism of a hummingbird) ate out ALOT! I started gaining again and instead of getting for my wedding day I was gaing weight again. I gained about 50 pds. I decided that after our wedding I was going to start losing again, then 3 weeks after our wedding I found out I was pregnant. (honeymoom baby!). I did pretty good with not gaining much weight while I was pregnant but after my son was born I battled post partium depression and ate to feel better. I stepped on the scale one day and realized I was only 9 pds from topping 300. I cried for about an hour. I went through my house and got rid off all the junk food and found CC. I am now at 272 and losing....... |

| I get the Costco one(kirkland brand). They are mcuh cheaper. 24 cans for $13. I drink one everyday. I work 4pm-8:30pm so I drink one on my break. It keeps me from eating all the junk in the snack food machine and full until I get home and can eat dinner. (Ya i know eating dinner at 9 is not the best idea but I have no choice and I am losing weight so for now its gotta do). | |||

| First of all CONGRATS!!!
When I was pregnant my midwife wanted me to lose weight but she did not want me to diet. She wanted me to eat about 2.000 calories a day and cut out all sugar, white flour, and bad fats. It was really hard but for the most part I did it. I did not lose wwight but my weight gain was pretty small and at the end she said thats really what she wanted, she really did not want me to gain 50 plus pounds. I would start by cutting out all sugars, white flour and eat lots and lots of protien. Our bradely birth plan was for 80 to 80 grams of protein a day. Its alot but its really good for your baby!! |

I LOVE my hair...love love love it. Its straight and shiney and red(real not dyed). I also love my new boobs...I say new because they got nice and large after having a baby! |

| I was 6 weeks pregnant with my son(first baby) and a lady I worked with whom I had never met found out I was pregnant. She came over to me and said "wow just a few months left huh" and rubbed my belly. I was so embarrased to tell her I was only 6 weeks. I had to reason to have that belly since the baby was the size of a pea! I cried for like an hour. | |||
