Turkey breast is high protein and low cal, so is lean ham, with sides just stick to non starchy vegetables and low fat spices/dresings etc. Why not try baked apples for dessert, fill with some mixed fruit for a christmassy feel, You could have an australian style christmas and go all out on lots of low cal fresh seafood like prawns(shrimp) etc, the possibilities are endless

Their really isnt any, buttercup country split wholemeal is the lowest ive found but part of that is that its sliced thinnner. With regards to wraps theres the obvious mountain breads but also diegos white corn tortillas and (if u wanna spend a lil extra) empower low carb wraps are excellent, u get them from healthfood stores.

Shout out to all the aussies on the board btw

Safe option steamed rice, semi safe option dishes that dont have cream in them (then its just the ghee you have to wory about) try talking to staff, normally they should be pretty healthy, vinegar dressing salad is another option but you want to enjoy yourself a lil
