| omg me too . i hate it soo so sooo much , it is all i think about and the trouble is when i think about calories, i think , ok then i wont eat it. cos in my screwed up brain, any calorie is a bad calorie! i HATE it! can anyone help? | |||

| ok this is what i would eat in a typical day .
museli with banana and skim milk for breakfast salad with no dressing for lunch and for dinner, vegetables an then fish or some sort of vegetarian item (as i am vegetarian). and for snacks i would have fruit or dried fruit. i am a competitive swimmer, so i train 5-7 times a week for 2 hours each. and i try to get to the gym once or twice a week. i never feel as though i dont have enough energy?!! |
