i had those breakstone cottage and strawberry doubles. and a cup of water. ive eaten that all week for breakfast. monday it was hard and i felt hungry. but today is friday and i dont feel hungry at all afterwards. so i guess im progressing and listening to my body!!!

so breakfast was 150cal.  congrats to me!

hey everyone. im new to this site as well.  i am 30yrs old, soon to be 31 in november. i weigh 225lbs and am 5'6.  i REALLY need to lose this weight. i have a 3 yr old son and it is had to play with him.  i want to be at 170 by my birthday. i think its do able.  i eat 1400-1600 cal a day. and i do my 2 and 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds DVD everyday. but again, this is just my first week. iwant  to be out of this club in about 2months. i need help staying motivated. any advice?

i just staryed the 2-mile walk. but i have  1-4 mile dvds. how long have u done these? have u lost weight with them?
