Whole grain breads are the only way to go! Oh yeah! =D

And I do change it up, when i have the money to do so like going out and buying the stuff to make a mean chicken salad or some such for a few day before reverting back to the sandwiches and oatmeal, which I enjoy just as much, eating the stuff for a few months now have given me quite a taste for the stuff.

true, but i try to layer everything like in the food pyramind.

Whole grains, dairy, meats, veggies, and fruits. Of course this is only a rough sketch of my routine, i change it ofeten enough when i have the money to do so, but this routine usually occurs for about a week until i go out and buy some groceries and switch up for a few days until i run out of groceries then i go back to my old routine.

actually i do log this here and i get the recommended amt of sodium as well as 100 or more gs of protein, 270-290 grams of carbs and about 30 grams of fat.

I also take a mulitvitamin every morning just to fill in some gaps.

I very rarely get anything less than an A rating from here.

I eat anywhere from 1600-1750 every day
Weight Loss How many calories do you eat or TRY to eat per day? Aug 28 2007

Weight: 165 lbs

Age: 20

Height: 6'0"

Frame: dunno, not really sure about the whole wrist thing, so either small or medium.

Calorie goal: 1600-1700

Goal Weight: 160

*On a side note I did weigh 160 (or more precisely 158.4) a few days ago, but I had a really nasty binge attack 2 days ago, and i havent gotten on the scale (I'm gonna wait until a few weeks from now). So im just guessing at around 165.
Motivation What causes binge eating??? Aug 28 2007
00:22 (UTC)
I binge only to maintain, and that happens rarely, like MAYBE every 2 months.

I want to stay at 160. So when I wake up and see 158 (like a few days ago) I let myself have a free day to eat all the stuff ive denied myself.

Bear in mind that I eat healthy every single day, so eating somegreasy food and a few pastries isnt so bad, at least not to me.

....But man was that a beautiful day...

The Fresh Bakery section of my local H.E.B. Where the have the various pastries to choose from right there in your face. I had 2$ and I could have bought 3 of those  delicious cream filled donuts but after looking at them for the longest time my brain managed to fight off my stomach, bear in mind it took a good 3-4 minutes to finally snap out of it.

But I won the day! VICTORY OR DEATH!!! THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE!!! RAWR!!!

I like them when they have been left in the fridge overnight, they acquire a nice texture that makes it more enjoyable for me as well as oat bran. I eat it cold no reheating.

But anyways, Half a banana (or the entire thing if you want), a half cup of cottage cheese, and 2 packets of stevia.

Mash the banana, add the cottage cheese and the stevia, mix it well then add it to a finished 1/2 cup of oatmeal (or bran). Oh yeah add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to top it all of if you wish. Make sure the oatmel/bran is still hot when you add in the banana/cottage cheese mix. Then stir it around until its nicely distributed into the oatmeal/bran.

If you wanna get technical, the only true 'owner' of the Earth is the first singlecelled lifeform that emerged from the primordial ooze. So every other lifeform that evolved afterwards should leave the planet. Coincidently, those first lifeforms will be here long after every other usurper is long dead.

Weight Loss Tips for recovering from a binge?? Jun 29 2007

Ya, 4000+ happened to me 3 days ago. But eh. I reached my goal and even passed it by 2 lbs, so i didnt feel that bad. Since i had reached it already. But gotta tell ya tho, that botana for 2 and and all those pieces of sweet bread was damn delicious. *tear* ah memories. Its nice to tast some of the stuff i used to eat way back when. When i get back to 163 i either want a p'zone or a stuffed mushroom swiss burger from walbangers. woot! A smaller semi binged followed the next day with me goin over the carb, sugar, and slat intake. But today my body is getting back to its rhythm. And about that p'zone or burger, hopefully it'll be on the day Harry Potter comes out or at the soonest Transformers.

So basically, just look past it, it already happened.

Besides, you said youve lost weight before the binge. So atleast you know you have the willpower to lose the weight. Do not let it discourage you. As long as you have already had progress.

wake up eat some bfast then watch the news or some for 30 mins or an hour while jogging in place. Or if your into video games, play a game for 30 mins or an hour instead or watching tv. I find the time passes faster this way depending on if your watching a show you like or playing a videogame you like it seems to pass faster.

i know that is too many carbs, but it is all from 4 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 whole wheat roll, and oatmeal. And if the net carbs is the actual amount of carbs ive taken in then would i have anything to worry about?
