The others are so right! Talk to someone you trust, PLEASE!!! I am a Nurse, & what you are doing can KILL YOU! It can stop your menstrual cycle, & sometimes girls are then unable to conceive. You have a problem with self esteem that you need outside help with. Since eating is the one thing some people can control, they take it to the limit, namely anorexia and/or bulimia. Please, Honey, listen to us before it is too late.

You are all right; it isn' t abnormal. My left leg & hands are a little larger than my right; I am left handed, & You do tend to use the side you write with more.

When I did Weight Watchers, Blue Bunny was a GOOD friend of mine!!! There are lots of lo-cal fat free items now! Miss Merengue cookies are another. Really sweet, but crunchy; you'll have to try them. Just got back from walking; first time around the track twice (one mile). Not much, but a statr.

Good morning! Thanks for welcome, Storms! WTG Pretty!!!! Glad you are staying with this group! I went to a Birthday party yesterday, & ate small portions of what I wanted. I managed to stay within my calorie range! I ate less than my alloted amt. the day before, though, as a precaution. So.....I am going to walk today as long as I can. Talk to e1 soon.

Hi everyone! Only my 2nd day here! I am 157 & want to get to 135 by 8/30; going on a beach vacation. YAY! I changed my goal though, to short term goal of 10 lb. loss by 6/10. At least it looks easier, lol!! I had an old weight watchers dvd of a workout, so I did that today. I couldn't get out to walk, but they say to vary workouts anyway. Have a great weekend; hope we're all in the 140's group one day soon!

Thanks, Carie! I'm sure you will look AWESOME at your reunion!  :) I have fought my weight almost forever; since I have been working in Critical Care, (4 years in June), I have gained 25 lbs. Streeeeeesssssssssful!!!!!!!!!  I hope I will be beach-ready by the end of August. Talk to ya later. Have a good night.

Hello All! I found this site when searching for calorie counts, as I have started a diet (again), cause at 5'2" I'm up to 157!! We are going on Vacation the last week in August, & I don't want to go looking like this!!! I love the tracking feature here, so I can see just where I am!! So, dieting Friends, wish me luck!!!! Here I Go!
