| Thanks so much Muttlover.
I did that too- but i was so shocked at how little calories there were in it.. and how full i felt. I guess you just gotta love those egg whites. |

| I would think that it would be like three or four egg whites.
I put in Diced Tomatos, alot of mushrooms, and spinach. and about 1/4 a cup of low fat mozzerella. I also had ketchup and a slice of whole wheat toast |

| um no offense. but you are not eatting enough. I mean- calorically you are. but you are eatting alot of foods that are high in volume and low in calories.
Try Peanut butter on one peace of real whole grain bread. Or have a high protine cereal for breakfast like Kashi Go Lean with skim milk. Eat more fruits (6 blackberries isnt going to cut it)... |

| Girlywhirly3000.... Umm you need some major major help. Eatting less then 800 calories is the first sign of an ED. I know- i've been there.
Breakfast: I was so hungry this morning... Big Bowl of Kashi Go lean with skim milk and a Fage Greek Yogurt Lunch: Chopped Salad with Mozzerella and chicken w/ balsamic vineger(extra mushrooms... Yum)... Snack: Tall Skim Latte Dinner: Chicken Fahita with extra grilled peppers (corn tortillas) Snack: Skinny cow Ice Cream Cone. |

| grilled pineapple (great with asian dishes like teryakki sea bass/chicken):
Heat up Grill (grill pan works too) Cut up pineapple into chunks... spray pan with cooking spray... then place pineapple on for a few minutes on each side or until the surface dries out a little (dont leave on to long or it will get mushy) then sprinkle a little brown sugar or honey. YUM |

| Breakfast: Go Lean with Milk and a Fage 0% yogurt
Lunch: Turkey Cobb (no egg) with extra turkey... and just balsamic vinger for dressing. and a Roll. Snack: Frappachino Light Dinner: Grilled Sea Bass and a stir fry (no oil just teryakki sauce) with alot of mushrooms. and some brown rice. dessert: (If hungry... prob will be because im having a low fat dinner) A HUGE bowl of FRESH fruit. YUM. |

its me again... I know I am Underweight... I am not ashamed to say it. But dude, gaining weight for me is a struggle. Yesterday I had... Breakfast: Go lean with Milk and a Greek 0% yogurt with some honey Lunch: I had a Turkey Wrap with Hummus and a light n fit yogurt Snack: A frapachino light dinner: Greek salad (dressing is just olive oil and red wine vinger) with a whole lot of feta... and alot of pita bread... (at a great greek resturant) dessert: A GIANT bowl of fruit... cherries, blackberries, pineapple... So i eat healthy, and big meals... but I eat when I am hungry. And my little secret is that i dont stop when im full... because I drink alot when I eat and in between meals so its a false feeling of fullness... so i eat everything thats in front of me. Im also 18 and run alot because i LOVE IT... once again, not because I am on a diet. |

I guess I look at being hungry like I look at having to go to the bathroom... you wouldn't say "No body... Im not going to let you pee..." I know thats really funny... I think its funny. I can't believe im writting this but come on people. If you have to pee... you will pee... why would you not eat if your were hungry?? And if you would actually not pee... if you had to... then you have problems. I am sorry to be harsh but its true. :) |

Fage Yogurt
Lunch: Low- carb wrap with turkey hummus and alot of veggies light n fit yogurt snack: Frapachino Light (coffee flavor) Dinner: Greek salad (no lettuce it is a village salad so its filled with tomatos and cucumers and about 2oz of feta) A big piece of pita bread... snack: Alot of fruit (I am not on a diet... im maintain) |

| Im recovering from an ed and I had to gain alot of weight. its hard to eat all the food necessary to gain weight... but what I did was have 5 or 6 little mini meals.
My favorite would be cereal and scoops of peanut butter before bed. You can gain weight without eatting sweets. im a health nut so it was hard to gain weight because people were like "here just eat ice cream..." That wouldnt make me feel good. Just increase the amount of food you eat... ...oh and have fun with it. Its fun to gain weight when everyone around you seems to want to loose it. and the best part is is that once you get to where you want to be... you can still eat teh same amount of food!! So you dont get to tease yourself... so i am about to enjoy my peanut butter... without gaining weight! |

| I just wish that people could enjoy food.
For godsakes- if your not hungry for breakfast... then don't eat it. But dont fool yourself in to believing that 15 grapes and 3 almonds counts as a meal... and if your skip the most important meal of the day (breakfast...) then make sure that you get enough at lunch! Food provides something called "Nutrition"... and your body needs it. You can fool your brain into believing that you don't need food... or that your not hungry or your to busy to eat... but you can't fool your body. Its smarter than you; it will die with out nutrition. And I am so not kidding. |
