| Thanks yes I can only have 135 carbs a day. I had a GTT lab draw and I went down to 48 at the last draw/ That is what caused the Diagnosis. Thank you again. My fasting was 88 though good I know Thanks Chriss |

| Height 5" 8 Weight 191.4 BMI 30 Weigt loss goal 8-10 pounds I need cheering and motivation. I have been in Weight Watchers for some time now I lost alot of weight gained it back and now am back again fat. But i feel different this time about the whole program. I have not been to a meeting in a month, Not sure if its me or am I burned out on the scale there. And I kinda am tired of the commericalism. I fell no motivation with my weight loss. I feel fat and that my stomach has that extra flab like an apron hangin over my belly.yuck. I do work out 2-3 times a week I know this has to increase. I am stuck. I remember the 128 pounds that I carried most my life until about12 years ago. I hate my body . I want the flab to tone but its not. I am soon to be 45 with the mind of a 20 year old. I really don't want to get old,be fat and feel no motivation to try helppppppppp Christolw |
