| thebledx3 - you do not need to lose weight!! My goodness, you're really skinny and you look good. I hate diet pills because of the side-effects, so I don't recommend them, just keep going on the diet and you'll lose weight eventually |

| Crystal Light has aspartame in it :/ Personally I don't like aspartame because it can cause headaches and other negative side effects. But if it makes you drink your water, then fine, do it |

| Yes I did, I just want to know what would be a healthy amount of calories to eat without undereating. It says I need 2900. I don't want to eat something like 1500 if it is unhealthy (-1400 calories a day) | |||
