thebledx3 - you do not need to lose weight!! My goodness, you're really skinny and you look good.

I hate diet pills because of the side-effects, so I don't recommend them, just keep going on the diet and you'll lose weight eventually

Yeah, get a slice of lemon or other juicy fruit and just squeeze some into the drink. It's much better for you (and without harmful additives or sweeteners)

Crystal Light has aspartame in it :/

Personally I don't like aspartame because it can cause headaches and other negative side effects. But if it makes you drink your water, then fine, do it

Well does that mean everybody should set their profile to sedentary? I don't really get it :/ If I do light/moderate activity, shouldn't I set my profile to that?

Fiber One. Tons of fiber, very little calories and very little sugar. Get either regular or honey clusters (though honey clusters have more sugar)

Whoops, I meant on sedentary days 2500 and light activityt days 2900..

Yes I did, I just want to know what would be a healthy amount of calories to eat without undereating. It says I need 2900. I don't want to eat something like 1500 if it is unhealthy (-1400 calories a day)
