| i'm an athlete, 5'9" and 150 as well. But i can't imagine myself weighing 130 pounds and not looking deathly sick. Are you really small framed? Ideally I guess I'd like to be about 145 but I can't even imagine my body much below that. Do you have much muscle? | |||

| mine are huge as well. it must be genetic, because i've lost weight everywhere else, but they've remained as ripped and enormous as ever. I think I've also had a tendency my whole life to walk slightly on my toes, which doesn't help matters much :) I am wondering if a lot of long distance running would help them slim down, as a lot of running is catabolic (breaks down muscle). But maybe that's not even healthy....? | |||

| shoveling snow, skiing, exercise tapes, and the gym...also running outside can be really refreshing if you have the right equipment (under armour and such) | |||

| I'm 5'9" and about 150 lbs. Somewhere between a medium and large frame...and quite a bit of muscle. I don't think I could weigh much less. I like the sound of 140, but when I look at myself realistically, I don't know where I could lose the weight from without getting rid of lean body tissue....ideally if I could "spot reduce" I could probably lose about 5 lbs from my butt. however, i'm sure that 5 would come off evenly all over my body which would not look good..... | |||

| definitely not trying to scare you but i've lost 20+ pounds so far and my boobs are almost non existent. I went from a full B/small C to barely a B/full A. I could still lose a tiny bit of weight from my butt/thighs area but if I did my boobs would probably start going inward...:) | |||

| so theoretically they say "eat like a king for breakfast, prince for lunch, and poor man for supper" but i find that the opposite is better for me. i am hungriest at night and definitely save the most for dinner. it's the one time of day i can sit down and eat a relaxing meal and i want to eat a lot! lol. i guess they say eat the biggest breakfast because you have a chance to burn it off during the day whereas by eating a big dinner your body has less of a chance to metabolize the food before bed. you have to do what works for you though. i eat a snack in the afternoon and after dinner, so that i never get too hungry. instead of adding calories, though, break up your food. if you would've had a sandwich and apple for lunch, eat the sandwich at noon and the apple at 3... |

| well i'm 5'9" and a six. i feel really good right now. i weigh 150 which probably seems a little high but i'm definitely VERY muscular. i think size 4/6 looks really good on most people unless you are very tiny or large-framed | |||

| i think that part of the reason it feels like there's pressure is because my college is Christian. i have no idea why but it's like Christian girls are just dying to get that ring on their finger and then their life's mission is complete. ok, not really. but i have friends who are sophomores who are getting married!! here i am not wanting to fall into this trap of getting married before i've even experienced anything of the world, but at the same time it's like, "at least they've got someone." it will happen for us eventually nannabee, it's just hard when the "right timing" isn't when everyone else's is :) | |||

| diets that cut out entire food groups (including sweets or junk food). i'm a believer in treating yourself to a small bowl of ice cream or some chips everyday as long as the rest of what you've eaten is sensible. also just "diet" products in general that are full of fake sugars that make you fatter, or lowfat stuff that has 3x the sugar of the regular product or vice versa...(people dont get that they can't eat an entire box of something because it's low fat or diet--it still has calories!!!!!!!!!!!) and finally, i hate diet plans that promise NO EXERCISE. ughhhhhhhh | |||

| my thighs used to be enormous compared to the rest of my body. now they are definitely normal sized!!!!!!!!! they were pretty much the last to go i'd say though...i lost fat everywhere else first. don't be afraid of some lunges and squats though-- they won't make you bulk up in that area (unless you're feeding your body too many calories). i looked up some leg exercises you can do with a stability ball and that's what helped me the most, even more than cardio! | |||

| if you truly are eating enough for your height,age,weight, activity level etc., then it's just your metabolism working! that's a good thing! remember, you don't have to starve yourself to lose weight; by going slowly you'll keep it off and change your lifestyle so it'll be impossible to put those lbs back on. try eating smaller more frequent meals. what i do when i get the gnawing feeling but know i've eaten enough is drink plain hot tea or seltzer. the seltzer really fills you up because of the carbonation. if you've got self control, eat a couple of nuts and then call it quits-- just enough to satisfy. if you don't think you'll be able to stop however then dont start :) | |||

| i've put vitamin e oil on my face right from the capsules. i have some bad acne scarring and i can honestly say that it made a noticeable difference the FIRST time i did it! i spread it over my whole face (used about 4 pills) left it on for about an hour, washed my face once (my face was still a little bit sticky afterwards, not bad, but i figured that was better than scrubbing off all that good oil that was helping my skin!). The scars looked less noticeable and my skin was smoother and had a glow to it. Try it for yourself! | |||

| that is a lot of exercise !! you can definitely be eating more than 1200 a day. 1700 sounds like about the right amount. try spacing your meals more and drinking lots of water and see how you feel | |||
