I used to think I don't like beer with fruit, but now I have realized that's not true. I like 21st Amendment's Hell or High Watermelon, Lost Coast's Tangerine Wheat, and the local brewery's Purple Haze, which has blackberry (and about 9% alcohol). |

Nice! I get a late birthday present on Thanksgiving. I asked my Dad for a framed photograph (he's an amateur photographer), and he said it's something even better than that, so I am in total suspense as to what it is! I do have to apply $90 of my birthday money to my credit card, since that's where my birthday boots were charged. :P |

Agree, chiefsfan4life. I have bacon mints somewhere and they are awful. So my uncle just took the bacon boozin' to a whole new level on my facebook: "Buy slab bacon, not sliced, core out circular pieces in various sizes, you know, for 12 oz, pint, etc. bore out the middle and voila! I think this method would actually yield beer cups rather than steins, but delicious when cooked." I'm thinking carve out a few bacon shot glasses, bake them in the oven, and use BakonVodka to make mini bacon bloody mary shots. |
