| my boyfriend is on the cycling team at his college and he bikes 30-40 miles all the time. his coach always tells him to eat a ton when he gets home because you burn a LOT of calories biking. | |||

| thanks for the advice everyone. i usually loose weight fairly quickly when starting on a new diet, but i also usually exercise a lot more too. so i'm going to try doing that with what i'm eating and see what happens. | |||

| i've read a lot about that on this site, the "starvation mode" but the thing is i feel like what i'm eating is actually enough and it is healthy. just for an example yesterday i ate: bfast- 1 egg, 1 piece of wheat toast, grapefruit lunch-lean cuisine and small garden salad snack-light raspberry yogurt dinner-light PB and strawberry preserves on light wheat bread to me that isn't starving myself. i actually felt quite satisfied. so i am confused. it added up to like 1150 calories |
