I have one major concern. I think I'm addicted to sugar and I don't know if I have the will power to keep away from it. What do I do??

Today is my first day on this site. Wow I can't believe it. This is a wonderful thing.

I am 160 lbs. today and would like to be arond 130lbs. What is the best mind set to have when looking weight in the face. I have been putting the weight loss thing off for the longest time and now I'm ready to go at it full force. Any suggestions?
