Try a wheat tortilla wrap.  I take 1 wheat tortilla sprinkle it with cheese add chicken lettuce and tomato.  Works for me.

I jst started on this site and really like.  I began my diet @275 and after three weeks I'm already @ 260.  I've been taking in between 2000 to 2700 calories and drinking 12 cups of water a day and doing moderate excersise.  Night time is my hardest hurdle to overcome.  Any ideas on crbing my night time hunger.?
