update: i seem to be back on track....

i see a simple change in my weightTongue outby eating healthy, and less(unhealthy) Laughing

it was good to talk about my problem with all of you guys!! i wish i could talk about all my problems with somebody!!!

we eat at home, but the problem is when you feel deprived, you will eat without even being hungry, that is what happeded to me, even when ramadan was over, i kept feeling like that.

and i knew what is healthy and what is not, and i knew how to cook healthy and eat healthy, but it was like, i know this is bad, but i eat it anyway!!!!

i think all who tries to lose weight have days that they eat without thinking, right? they consider it a break or a little push to continue..... (but my break was sooooo loooooong!!!!)

anyway, your words are enough to keep me going today:)

that's a good idea!! but most of the time, i really don't know what i am gonna eat next day, and as you said the mood changes everything,breakfast,  snacks ,lunch....

anyway i will try that and see how things will work Laughing

i think if we are busy through the day, we won't think about food, BUT we will not count calories either !!!!! Tongue out

 oh my god, noooooooo, 255!!! i always log it as 90 Cry, i guss no more juice for me!!!

so the 245 grams of milk is 263 ml !!

now i don't get it!!!

i love to drink a kind of juice, it's written on it,  90 cals for the 100 grams, and its 250 ml !!!!  how can i count that?

it is a very good workout with dancing moves, iv'e been working on it for 3 months, very good, and very fun.. most important, you will not get bored from it...

I have one question: i've been eating 1200 or 1100 calories a day for the past 4 months, with one hour earobics(so i probably should eat more), but everytime i try to increase the calories by 100 or 200 calories, i gain weight (not kilograms! maybe 2 or 3 grams) . so i get back to 1200, what am i supposed to do?

i eat 1000 to 1300 daily and do aerobics for an hour. im trying to lose weight... 

i eat from all the 5 groups of food... carb,fat,....etc ...and i try to drink water as much as  i can... maybe 1.5 litre or more

yeah, but i am not saying i will always do that, but if one day i ate pizza or a donut or pop corn, i feel guilty... but if i am in the range of my calories and still loosig weight, why not eat small amount of sth we love every once n a while, right?
