It's delicious with honey! And very easy to find.
I use it as a yogurt dressing for salads and pitas too.

I think its something every dieter expierences sooner or later, and the only tip I have is to do an intense work-out afterwards.

It helps lessen the huge calorie blow and gets those happy-hormones going (so the post-binge depression doesn't set in)

Not sure about the scientific aspect on all this but based on my experieces it gets me satisfied quicker, and yes, for longer periods of time.

Don't worry. Cereal is my weakness too and before I leave the table i've eaten half the box. What helped me (and may or may not help you) is I ate it for every meal, every snack, whenever I wanted it (but staying within my 1500 calories) and evantually it wasen't so great anymore.

AH! I'm the same way. I only count calories for bananas but not strawberries or grapes or melon (which is probably bad). I try to eat 1500 calories a day but usually end up going over 200-300.

I always figured if its between being hungry/craving something I'd rather just had the friut....

Haha, on sunday i ate approximantely 4000 calories (1000 probably being from brownies) and the other 1000 from popcorn.

Yeah, so it wasen't my brightest day......

Don't worry girl! This memorial day break was hell on a plate food-wise. I ended up binging on chips and brownies (which I NEVER eat) and then today somehow i ended up eating my way to 2000 calories on dried mango and bread with butter and soy cheese.

Honestly the only thing that makes me feel better is a mile on the treadmill and some ol' fashioned situps; or really anything to get you moving and your mind far far away from what you ate today.

and taekwondo for an hour

I hate hate hate the weekends. They always screw up my diet, even coffee and exercise don't work.

Just being in the house, doing whatever I'm constantly thinking about food. I try to eat in 3 hour intervals, but it'll be like an hour just after I ate a big meal and i STILL want to eat more.

I'm 16, 5'7" about 140 lbs. It's not that I eat too litte (about 1500 cals and upwards), and I exercise about 1/2 hour on the treadmill on the weekends (usually more on the weekdays), but its not hunger. I have a huge appetite and so does my sister, so maybe it's genetic?

141 pounds, my goal weight is about 125-130 range

But I have sososo much trouble keeping up with my diet on the weekends, even if they are full with plans.
