| thanks a lot! i am actually between 5'6 and 5'7 and 139lbs...
I have been tryin the whole calorie thing and let me tell u it is SO hard for me! I have been doing moderate exercise. I know that if i lose enough wait i will lose my baby fat ( hence the cheeks) but its sooo hard to lose weight everywhere! Thanks for the tips though. |

| my sister in law and her friend got me started and i have to say I am addicted..my friends make fun of me..but i dont care...it makes me feel better about myself and more knowlegdeable..instead of my friends who eat whatever they can get there hands on and then grype about there weight and wonder why they cant LOSE any weight. | |||

| yea ok well Paris Hilton isn't really famous because of her performances on Television...and neither is Lindsay Lohan although she IS a much better actress than Lindsay Lohan. And also I LIKE the really skinny hollywood girl look for some reason and I am sick and tired of my unwanted curves!!!! i ATE AT sonic today and I feel horrible about it lol sometimes i feel like there is NO HOPE i still weigh 140 i have not lost any pounds i have actually gained a pound...gggrrrr | |||

| Ok Sasha I think it is SO true that the most fat you have u lose it last! I lose my boobs and my butt (the 2 things i cannot AFFORD to lose) and i just want this armpit crap to go AWAY which i AM going to start lifting..thanks for the advice ladies..But anyways thanks for the support!
And to undertherainbow..thanks for the positive comments!! I am just NEVER satisfied with my weight..although i would NEVER consider going to extremes such as purging or anything to that extent...My body is just an obsession I have and unfortanetly I am never satisfied :( Thanks everyone for the support! I appreciate it greatly! I am so happy because my calorie intake today was only around 1300 which is my goal!! :) |

| i LOVE spaghetti...but u know what i cannot resist is SONIC well i am resisting it for the most part of course but EXTRA LONG CHEESE CONEYS and SUPERSONIC CHEESEBURGERS..dont let me forget tator tots with cheese!! These places make me VERY ANGRY because u cant get anything without at LEAST 400 calories in it at sonic but the food is SO FREAKIN GOOD. | |||

| i know what you mean about losing it and then u gain it right back. I guess the way I feel about it is that you have to eat a certain GOOD number of calories for a couple of days..keep it moderate..and then if you notice you have lost a couple of pounds then keep the same routine going. Because i know what i do is i will be doing so good for a little bit then ONE DAY of not eating right will mess everything up. | |||

| my goal is to drink mainly water...exercise more! like usually i go jogging once twice MAYBE three times a week..but starting monday my goal is to go 4 times a week at night when I get off work. aLSO, i guess my calorie intake should be 1331 calories every day so i am going to try my HARDEST to get there. | |||
