Wow you guys are really funny today! With the Lost withdrawls, the waaaambulance....I think I might have to go check my pants from laughing so hard!!!! Ok well I am not a Lost fan. So i guess I will be out of the loop on that one. There are only a few things I get to watch. Pretty much anything on the Food Network. Ok yeah I know that sounds bad. But I love love love to bake and cook. So I enjoy learning new thing. I also watch Little People, Big World on TLC. Yeah I know I am lame. But I just love that family....ok ok you can all stop laughing now. Chris...Yep a little busy today at the office. Nothing crazy though. I am on this site way too much. HEHE Don...I didn't get to the gym this morning. But planning on running through town when I get home. I will let you know how that goes. Ok back to work for me. HEHEHE |

Wow I missed a great topic last night. KT...Don't get discouraged. You have this team to help you. Don't worry about what others are saying. We are our own support. I know that it sucks that people are making this into more of a compitition then it really is. Come on everyone knows it is nice to win, but can we all just look at the BIG picture. We are not here to win water, exercise, or clean eating challenges. We are ALL here to win the WEIGHT challenge. And by that I mean with ourselfs!!! And sure a friendly compitition helps get us motivated, but it isn't suppose to discourage us. So just remember why you started this challenge in the first place. I know that I am here to support you!!! And by the way WOO FREAKIN HOO to you on finishing your finals!!! Hope everyone is having a GREAT morning!!! |

| Need your help! The 5K that I am running in on Saturday means a lot to me. It is for the Epilepsy Foundation. I had a dear friend (who I have known since Kindergarden) pass away in January of '06. | Good morning fellow H4L'ers!!!
Well I worked out with my sis last night. Thought I was going to die of a heat stroke. I was soooooo hot. But I was very proud of myself....I kept running even though I wanted to walk. So I ran over 2 miles like my sis and I had agreed to do yesterday. Go me!!! We will be doing it again tonight, but I think we are running over 3 miles tonight. YIKES!!!! So how is everyone this fine lovely day?? |

angelab75...Well I am no fitnessfreak when it comes to running. She is amazing!!! I have asked her for help as well. Here is some insite on your trouble. Do you have a knee brace for your knee?? If you don't I suggest one. Also you don't want to over do it or you are going to be down in out for a lot longer. I would suggest baby steps for this. Maybe even consult your Doctor. Hope this is helpful. |

| O I am a hockey fan as well...but my Pens got knocked out of the series early. But look out for us next year!! 8)
I don't do Teguila well and HATE beer. I enjoy some Captain and wine now and again, but I love Shmirnoff Ice beverages. I know I am a sissy. But o well! HEHE Chris...Yeah Kenny puts on an amazing show. This is my 3rd year in a row. I do enjoy most kinds of music. My man is in a blues/rock band. So that is always a good time. Don...you are going to be a little dissapointed. I again didnt' get out of bed. Don't know what my problem is. :( Ok so what style of push-ups do i need to do?? Girly, normal, or military.
