you should try Nature's Own Honey Wheat bread, it's my absolute favorite! it has only 60 calories. They also have a light brand which is the same but with only 45 calories. My boyfriend who normally doesn't like wheat bread absolutely loves this bread! give it a try... great with peanut butter!

Yes! I weigh 115lbs and I'm 5'4. This wouldn't be such a big problem for me because I think it's a good weight for my height, but it seems to collect in places, especially my thighs, which are disproportionate to the rest of my body. My family and other people think I'm crazy for wanting to watch what I eat and go running as much as I can, but honestly I feel really bottom-heavy. I know you can't spot-reduce or target individual areas of the body, but I feel like if I eat well and work out a bit I'll be able to lose a bit of weight from my thighs (since that's where it gathers). I look alright in clothes, but when I wear jeans or tight fitting pants my huge thighs are quite noticeable. Still, people tell me I look fine and shouldn't worry, but I definitely don't feel my weight or look it.

im exactly the same way! im your same height and weight and i have the same problem i feel so bottom heavy. no matter what i do my theighs are still large compared to the rest of my body. grrr for us!

this sounds like a good place for me!

im 20 years old, 5'4" and about 115-116 lbs. overall i have lost around 60lbs in the last couple years and i now look better than i ever have. people tell me all the time how skinny i look and i get from a lot of people the "if you lose anymore weight your gonna disappear" comments but i don't see myself the way they do, i see myself naked everyday haha. im just looking to tighten up some flabby areas from losing weight. id like to tone up my abs for sure and my theighs as well. my bf tells me im sexy now but im aiming for sexier! I'd like to have some partners in my journey if anyone is interested!

I know exactly what you mean amheld. I'm in exactly the same position you are. I'm about 5'4" and currently weight 118lbs but i've lost a lot of weight along the way. I'd say overall i've lost about 60lbs and I look really good now with clothes on. But with clothes off i can see all the extra skin, especially around my belly button and lower stomach and also at the tops of my theighs. People tell me all the time how small i am and i am happy with how much weight i've lost but i'm not happy with my overall body. I am self conscious about these loose skin areas and I show my boyfriend but he always tells me its not bad. I would really like to get these areas fixed proffessionally but the money is most likely an issue. Also, the stretch marks drive me crazy haha.

i have the exact same problem.. i dont starve myself, when i am hungry i eat but i choose foods that are low cal and more nutritional so i dont accumulate as many calories to reach that 1200 mark. also, i can't eat a lot at one time i get full pretty quickly so i eat a lot of mini meals throughout the day but still cant seem to muster enough calories unless i go out for ice cream or eat pizza or some other food out of my normal diet.

i have the same problem.. ive had problems using the bathroom for awhile now and all while ive been dieting.

sometimes i can use some suppository laxatives to ease it for a time or two but then they seem to not work either. ive tried fiber pills and chewables but nothing has made me regular.

its a constant battle with your bladder!

thanks to everyone for their replies!

i ended up deciding not to go to the gym when my head started pounding i got a 102 fever and i found myself taking antibiotics. turns out i have an ear infection, this thing is painful. im feeling much better today though. i dont think ill be hitting the gym for a couple days taking the advice you all have given me. its hard when your on a routine but i could use some rest.

i think ill stick to some stretching to keep my body feeling well.

thanks again!

i'm 19 years old, about about 5'5" and also in college. i just started this website a couple weeks ago to try to lose the last ten lbs by counting calories. I currently weigh about 128.6 and my full goal would be at about 120.

I do work out about 5 or 6 times a week. i do about 45 min of cardio and then about 15 min of abs each of those days. and then about 3 days i do some strength training on my arms especially.

BUT, im finding it hard to eat enough calories each day. i usual end up around 1000 calories and i dont want to be starving myself because i want to lose fat not muscle. I tend to eat low calorie foods all day long and then by nighttime i haven't reached the 1200 minimum and im not sure whether i should eat to fulfill that need or not? any suggestions would help.

im here for support  and encouragemnet for anyone.. if anyone wants to do a weigh in with me every week or something.
