| Hey all,
I'm new here and at 152. Thought I'd join this club and hopefully I won't be here for too long. I slept in a lot today. But my goals are to really focus on what I eat and I'm trying to keep a rough estimate of calories, because overconsumption is a huge problem for me. Good luck everyone, I'll try and post in here regularly :) |
