Hey all,

I'm new here and at 152. Thought I'd join this club and hopefully I won't be here for too long.

I slept in a lot today. But my goals are to really focus on what I eat and I'm trying to keep a rough estimate of calories, because overconsumption is a huge problem for me.

Good luck everyone, I'll try and post in here regularly :)

Hey! I am new to this site. I would love to join this club, I think it will help motivate me in my weight loss goals! Whenever I reach or think about something I shouldn't I'll think of this thread and hopefully it will help :).
