| I just got mine in the mail and made it...tastes great...but... Do you think that the calories are actually that much less than regular pb? when you make the pb2 as directed - 2 tbsp mixed with 1tbsp of water (which is supposed to be one serving) it doesn't really mix to equal two tablespoons bc its a powder...so then you have to use more...which ups the calories... thoughts anyone??? i am debating whether it is worth it for sandwhiches and stuff. |

| I LOVE the Asics Gel Kayano, but they are also pretty pricey. I would def go to a running store and get fitted. Let them tell you which would be best for your body type. |

Did you get your shoes from a running store? It is really important to
get the right type of shoes for your body type/foot type/amount (miles)
you run. All three are factors for which shoes you need, and if you
don't get the right ones it could cause some knee pain. Also...ICE right after usually helps me. Good Luck! |

| Sounds like you are getting sick, BUT my mom had this same feeling a while ago. Turns out she was not paying attention to her diet well enough and was not eating anything before her workout. Her body didn't like it too much at all. She would get really dizzy and sick to her stomach during, and especially after a workout. She started bringing a banana or proten bar (and lots of water) with her on long days at the gym and that did the trick. Hope it helps! |

| If you are new to a gym they will help you with any questions that you might have about the machines/weights and how to use them. A trainer is always nice, but if you are worried about the money I would just ask one of the gym employees for help when you have a question...at my gym they are really great about giving one on one advice whenever people need it. Another idea is you could just fork over the money for one or two sessions with a trainer. Just get the basic techniques down and then you will be able to continue on your own. Plus then you will have a relationship with a trainer and you can ask them for bits of advice off the books when you have questions down the road. Hope this helps! |

South Beach Diet bars are AWESOME!!!! They come in several flavors and taste like flavored rice krispy treats (peanut butter, cinnamon, caramel, etc). I eat one every day and it is like a treat for my sweet tooth! |

| The first time I went on (8 years ago) I gained 15 in 3 months...I have switched pills several times since then. The most recent was last Sept...within 4 weeks of being on the new pill, I was up almost 10 lbs...went off of it in Nov. bc I could not take the weight gain - LOST 8lbs right away!!! I don't think I will ever go on the pill again... |

| I feel the same way...everyone always thinks I am crazy to WANT my period...but I do after it's been so long...I have only gotten it once since November :( |

| I have heard - when the "sickness" is above the neck you can still workout, but if you feel it in your chest or lower then take the day off... That is what I usually do...but I hate missing workouts! Hope it helps! |
