Hi everyone!!! I've been a member for over a year now, so I'm not really new, but i haven't logged on in a while, i could have been at my goal weight by now well i am 24 years old, 5'4 and my current weight is 211. my highest weight was 252.2 in '07 and my lowest was 200 and that was sometime last December. my goal is to be between 160-165 by February. im going to start counting my calories and working out on october 1st (more info in my profile) i hope i can gain some friends on this site who will help keep me motivated and ill do the same |

I love LOVE Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds videos, i think i probably have 4 of them, even though i havent used them in about a year, when i did used them they really did aid me in losing about 50 lbs. reading this post makes me want to start doing the videos again lol. i hope her videos help you, i know i had fun with them |

| i sometimes get that i look like Raven-Symone or 90's singer CeCe Peniston. years ago when i was thin i got that i looked like actress Lisa- Raye.
i really wouldnt like to look like anyone else. but i think that Christina Milian, Adriana Lima, and Rosalyn Sanchez are all pretty ... but right now i would love to have Kim Kardashians body lol |

we are very similar. im also 23 my height 5'4 and my starting weight which is also my all time high was 252 lbs when i started in April. and as of today i weight in at 206 lbs so ive lost almost 47 lbs so far. good luck with your weight loss! add me as a friend. |

| I bought the Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds Express dvd two months ago. I LOVE IT!! I alternate between the 3 & 4 miles about 4 days a week and between the workout and regulating my calorie intake I have lost 16 pounds. I feel like im ready to try the 5 mile now. I was a little skeptical at first and I felt kind of silly walking in place for almost a hour but it is a great workout and now I am hooked. | |||

| im in. current weight : 231 calorie intake : between 1200-1450 a day. excercise at least 30 minutes a day on weekdays 60 mins on weekends. |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
