I'm in too! This is my first challenge!! Ok so I'm 26 years old, 5'8" and at 141.6, so 15 is probably a bit much, but it's worth a shot :)

Actually, according to the post Vatican-II teaching, you really only "have" to fast during Lent on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. Then other Fridays are when you abstain from meat. And in most areas of the country, when you're fasting you still eat meals, you just keep two meals a day to a minimum and then have a third that's a usual size. I agree that the most important part is to do the best you can, and don't risk your health - the idea is to keep Lent on your mind. Good luck everyone! |
