| I would like to know the answer to this question. It seem like just about everything I eat has a lot of carbs in it. I'm talking about breakfast bars, snack bars, etc. I'm keeping within my calorie range but I think I'm eating too many carbs. | |||

| I probably drink 8 glasses of green tea a day instead of water. Could this be one of my problems? I heard of all the great benefits there is with drinking green tea. Is there such a thing as too much green tea? | |||

| The medication I'm taking is Levoxyl 125 mg. I take it first thing in the morning with my coffee. I'm taking vitamins and usually take them around lunch. Keep coming with the suggestions. I know there must be something I'm doing wrong that this weight won't come off. I drink 3 to 4 cups of hot green tea a day. I figured this would be better than coffee. Craving sweets and carbs is a big problem too. Any suggestion on how to stop the cravings? | |||

| Yes....I have my thyroid checked every 6 months and the reading is normal. The only thing they tell me to do is eat 1200 calories a day. The doctor put me on a diet pill and I lost 5 or 6 lbs. I know there are other woman that have gone through the same thing I have and I would like to hear there stories. | |||
