Is it too late to join this? I really need help in this department... For tomorrow my meal plan is approx this: Breakfast~ banana + 1 cup of cheerios Lunch~ chicken salad Snack~ veggie (cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, etc.) Dinner~ something healthy (I'll probably be going out for dinner but I will be smart about what I order/how much I eat) Snack~ yogurt/fruit If I work out I'll probably eat a luna bar beforehand as well. I really hope I can do it! |

Hello all! I have another question about being on this diet.... So I am in college and a lot of my friends like to go out and eat. It's easy enough to stay in and cook myself, but when someone wants to meet up at Starbucks or something, what do I order? I really cannot avoid these situations a lot of the time...so I am wondering if SBD is for me? Esp being in phase one. Any advice on what to order? Thanks so much!! |

Hi! I'm new to this SBD thing, so sun123 invited me here! I'm a little nervous to start....I am such a HUGE carb addict. I think that's why I chose this particular diet...I really want to kick the sugar/carb habit. Does it really work? Thanks so much...I really do need the support!! :) |

| Thanks so much! Those sound easy enough :) I will have to come join the thread; I could use all the support I can get...phase one sounds tough! But very worth it. Just curious, do they have specific tv dinners for phase one? I haven't seen anything other than the normal boxed dinners, so how do you tell if it is for phase one? Does it say on the box? | |||

Hi! I'm 5'5" and asian too! Well half asian :p I'm currently between 118-123 too! My ideal weight is 110-112; so close, but losing so slooooooowly. It seems that a lot of us have the same goals! I try to exercise 4-5ish times per week and it seems to be helping, along with counting my cals. I'm so glad I found this post! |

| Checking in...surprisingly still clean! Yesterday my friend bought a huge bag of my fav candy...I even held it for awhile but controlled myself. I didn't even eat a whole serving, only a bit! I'm very pleased :) Usually I'd eat the entire bag...lol. | |||

I'd love to join! I could use any extra motivation. :) CW: 120 Goal by Halloween: 110ish (112 is okay too!) Plan: eat 1200 cals/day with one free day per week. Exercise 5 days per week at 30 minutes per session. This is so great! Oh and I'd love to lose a pants size or two!! |

| Today is the second weigh-in! How is everyone doing?
Start weight(beginning of challenge): 118 Goal weight: 113 Current: I think my scale is broken....yesterday I was 117 but this morning I was 120 which is not possible.....I'll have to check again with a different scale and post later...but I lost half an inch off my lower waist/hip area! YAY! |

| hhrrww~ I totally know how you feel! And for me, I have to wake up early every morning to work (and I'd prefer not to wake up at 4 just to exercise) and by the time I am done working in the evening I am too pooped to do anything. Motivation is hard for me too. But I have found that there are things that burn calories but don't seem like exercise. I have two little sisters and I spent 45 minutes playing tag with them, and that actually burned over 150 cals! I also nanny so today we were just swimming around playing water frisbee and that burned up cals as well! And both of those things were completely fun and did not seem like work one bit. I even felt a burn! So I guess a suggestion I have for you is to find something that doesnt seem or feel like working out (something that is actually really fun for you) because then you will really WANT to do it! | Alright it's Friday! Well my weights are the same as I posted before, but that's okay, I'll post them again.
Start weight: 118 Goal weight:113 YAY for week one! Oh and the most important measurement I'm watching is a bit higher than the hips, more around that darn tummy pooch. I know that it's not a traditional measurement but what the hey :) It's at 33" now and I'd like to lose maybe an inch or two. nothing too drastic! Good luck everyone! |

| This might be a silly question, but if my allowance is 1200 and Im eating more than that 3 days a week, wont it slow down my weight loss? Or do I work out more on those days? The whole 1lb=3500 cals is still relevant right? Thanks so much for the response though. :) | |||
