| Weight Loss | breakfast! | Jun 01 2007 02:42 (UTC) |

| i know what you're saying! however, food is your body's fuel and in the morning your tank is about empty. breakfast is important- just like putting gas in your car- won't work correctly (or at all!) without it. perhaps try a lower calories breakfast- i have been liking kashi oatmeal lately. just 160 calories! i eat oatmeal and some strawberries for a breakfast under 200 calories and i am set til lunch! | |||

when i first started i had a hard time losing the first couple pounds.. i think because i had been at my start weight for about a year. now i have reached another weight that i spent at least a year at so i'm having a hard time getting below it. i'm gonna up the exercise and hopefully break this little plateau this week! |

| Weight Loss | weight loss and breast size | May 23 2007 12:35 (UTC) |

| i've been working out and eating well for almost a month. i've lots 7.5ish pounds and sure enough i already see a difference in my breasts. haven't lost a cup size or anything like that, but right actually i am wearing a bra that i used to pop out of and it is fitting quite nicely. i know everyone loses weight differently, but on me my body shows little differences quickly and i'm happy to see that my breasts are definitely showing some results!
however, they do look a little saggier which i expected. oh well, this is better than nothing! |

| Weight Loss | Need some help- eating out tomorrow | May 22 2007 04:33 (UTC) |

| first, the only way to get to a mcdonald's will be a car, so if you don't have access to a car don't worry about that one! in fact, the only burger and fries type of fast food place around is wendy's which is in the union (on state street). the union has a whole bunch of options- like a mall food court. i think this would be great.. your boyfriend can get his greasy cheeseburger and you can get a subway sandwich, for example, and then you can sit together. if this doesn't help, send me a message and i would love to tell you some other great places to eat around campus. good luck! | |||

| i'm not too sure of good options at mcdonalds, but i just got really excited that you are going to ann arbor because i go to michigan and live in ann arbor for most of the year. where will you be eating? on campus or in that area? if so there are PLENTY of healthier options. let me know and maybe i can recommend something to you.. | |||

| Fitness | Which do you prefer for weight loss - running or elliptical? | May 17 2007 04:26 (UTC) |

| i find the treadmill to be much more helpful. no matter how fast i go on the elliptical or how much resistance i use i can't seem to work up a good sweat or tire myself out. 3 minutes on the treadmill and i'm sweating and i can definitely increase my speed to a point where i am really pushing myself which is definitely much more effective for me! | |||

| ahh, great to hear! i saved up some calories because i knew i would be going out to dinner tonight. i came home feeling very full, and drank 2 huge glasses of water. i weighed myselfa little while ago to see that my weight had jumped three pounds over the day... so you think i should be back to normal by morning? hopefully.. | |||

| eating all that candy every day is probably putting you way over on your calories, but you don't need to completely deprive yourself either! count your calories and allow yourself a little bit of your favorite sweets.. what works really well for me is by buying fun size or miniature candy bars. you can have a few hershey kisses or a couple miniature milky ways without guilt! | |||

| thanks everyone!
i have a little less than 30 pounds left to lose. they are large for my body, but not completely ridiculous or anything. however i'm already having the sagging problem since i basically went to sleep with little ones and woke up with very large breasts the next morning. so i guess i'll see how it goes and maybe i can avoid the reduction and maybe just get a lift. |
