i was doing so well but then i binged friday - cant remember why and u know once u've woken up with that bloated belly its hard not to continue so todays tuesday and im going to try and quit this as my holiday is 2weeks yesterday with my boyfriend, so a binging addiction plus big fat belly probs isnt going to go down well for 19days. sooo lets try! :) good luck to all :) |

| oh i was doing so well, i didnt binge for 5 days and this evening i have - on healthy stuff mind but a binge is a binge. its because i went shopping and normally i can find something to buy but today i was like i'm on a diet and im the fattest ever! grrrr | |||

| not so good, i feel the binges have really taken a toll on my waistline which makes me feel fat and want to eat more! its hard to get into a routine and diet. think i could achieve the first then the second. i realised today all this has really knocked my confidence! hope everyone else is progressing. :) | |||

| Hey,
I looking for some help to stop binging. i need some support. My binging comes from the shallow want and need to have the perfect flat stomach, which is unachieveable unless u dont eat. And u need food to survive therefore i loss. I've tired to eat three meals a day and snack healthy for the last week as my mum found out about the binging and is trying to help. but yesterday i was home alone n had a row with my boyfriend and ate myself stupid, felt awful. woke up this morning and thought i'd fast, a good 50 biscuits later i feel sick both mentally and physically. i want to stop binging i just cant! ahhh!!! |

breakfast - fried breaky, 2 sausages, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 and a lhaf pieces of toast and butter. Picked at chocolate cake, Grapes, Piece of chocolate. Lunch - 2 breakfast muffins with butter, 5 large double chocolate cookies, Dinner - gammon and pineapple with veg. 4 pieces of chocolate cake. And a yogurt. errrr make me sick!!1 |

| calorie counting is hard with binges! today i ate, cooked breakfast (2sausages,2 peices of bacon, 2 and a half pieces of bread with butter) then picked at chocolate cake. 2 breakfast muffins with butter, cup of tea. 5 large double chocolate cookies. Vegetables and gammon and pineapple. chocolate cake (3pieces) and a yogurt. its 10 oclock and im upset so i hope i'll stop here. Im dugusting look at that! | |||

| I'd get a cross trainer, you burn more calories than a treadmil and it works ur legs and arms too. good luck | |||

| What are your stats because if your already fit it may be harder to lose. I find eating the right calorie amount too but try slowly increasing it day or week by week and just try healthy foods. Yogurt, rice cakes and i love porridge now. You'll get through it. : ]] | |||

| Hey, i can totally relate to this.
Im at Uni and being a student have a lot of time on my hands, when i get bored all i can think of is what to eat. This is not neccessarily the problem the thing is when i get something a bit naughtly like say a chocolate bar so some sweets i think ah bugger i've messed up todays diet so then i go into well if im having a bad day i may as well fill my boots and then i'll eat as much chocolate and other similar stuff i can lay my hands on. usually my mates. I just dont get why im so greedy, it would be ok if i just stopped after the first bar or whatever as that probably would affect my intake for that day so much! any advice would be gratefully appreciated! : [[ |

| I am a student i couldnt not eat even if i tried, you dont understand the headache of lying in bed at night knowing you've eaten too much and having to get up the next day and stand along side people who can eat what they like and where what ever they want. | Oh my god you must be super fit running all the time. I wouldnt have thought eating more on ur day off with affect you. Although i have just come off a 3 day binge and it is surprising and bloody annoying how much weight and difference you can see in three days. Focus on how hot you look and try to occupy yourself on your day off, or if you enjoy running why have a day off? the binging its probably just in your mind as your not doing excerise, if you ulminate the change, you could get rid of the binging. | |||
