| monday june 25 caloric intake thegrayman 2400 (goal) - 2077 (actual) 1500 pts chrysbiz 1731 (actual) - 1500 (goal) = 1500 -231 =1269 points to add to the team You deduct from 1500 pts when you go over your stated caloric goal. Whatever you have left over you add to the team. The team with the highest points wins. Unfortunately you don't add back if you don't hit your goal so I can't add the 300+ for us. But I didn't exercise so this was a reasonable amount of calories for me. |

| monday june 25 caloric intake thegrayman 2077 didn't exercise though I guess on saturday those on the west coast are going to have to plan their snacks out. I'll wait till 10 pm as of now for those so we can get them in on time. |

| My theory on the fries is that the salt and the lack of air acted as a preservative. People used to pack meats in salt to keep them fresh longer before the advent of refrigeraters. I theorize if you were to do the same experiment with the fries exposed to more oxygen they would break down. | |||

You can get a Happy meal at Mcdonalds with a diet coke and it's only 500 calories. It's all about choices. You also generally get a pretty cool toy. |

| Sorry for being missing this week. Feel like I let you down from last week's exodus, plus a busy week makes me feel bad about not much contact here. Let's see it has been positive though. Lost a pound and a half to hit 10 total lost for this contest. That's really positive. My mother celebrated here 70th birthday last weekend, that's fantastic as well. My girls and I went to Dollywood as well. Mystery Mine was fantastic as was the Tn Tornado and Thunderhead. Plus many other parts of Dollywood. The negative, forgetting the dial in numbers for TN. Wed, I printed out a free trial at one of my local gyms. I went and worked out on an elliptical for the first time. Sweet. The no be back on the offer they made me was just silly as I wanted to try out the gym for the week and see if it suited me. The cost they were saying was outrageous compared to what I could have if I bought that day. Oh well. Loved the elliptical though, so I went to Sports Authority and looked at most as they were having a sale. I decided on one and told myself if I still wanted it the next day I would come back and get it. I looked on craigslist that night and saw a few but none like I had decided. Thursday, someone put one on there for free! How sweet is that. Got to pick that up this morning. It has most of the things I wanted is free!!!! Thank you Brent. Nothing but the best to you and your wife as you are expecting your first born. I didn't get as much time doing new stuff only 120 minutes this week, an hour at the gym working out and an hour today on the elliptical. It works great and really makes me work up a sweat without hurting my foot or my knee. Awesome. Speaking of my foot, the one I broke last November is nearly 100% healed. Bone growth is fantastic according to my Doctor who I saw on Friday. Another positive note that has turned out to be. So let's lose some weight! |
