| I got this link from another thread a while back. I can't seem to find the sodium thing on it, but if you enter your information it will tell you the rest. Pretty much I keep seeing 2300 as the number to stay under on sodium.

| I'm so glad I'm not alone! I've had the same problem. I've been diligent since May 12th about tracking calories on everything I eat, staying within my 1500-1700 range (depending on activity level) and I have actually somehow managed to GAIN weight! In the past I have lost weight fairly easily, so it's been especially frustrating. The good thing is that with all of the excerise I feel stronger and don't look as "fluffy" as I did before. My clothes fit better, too.
The sodium issue is a tough one for me because I have three kids ages 4 mon, 2 yr, and 7 yr, so I rely on a lot of microwave stuff (DH travles most nights of the week). How do you avoid the high sodium in most frozen and canned goods? I didn't mean to thread steal! I just was so relieved to see someone else with a similar issue. :-) Congrats on the 10 lbs.! |
