| I know for a fact that you do. I use to work retail part time ( standing and walking) from 5-6 hours a day and I ate around 2100 calories. I also did the elliptical for about 30 min 4 times a week ( not too much ) and I lost ten pounds doing that hahah so I'm guessing you have to eat wayy more. | RMR is basic bodily functions right?? so where is the rest of the day ( working, cooking, driving, living your life). So it should be 1300+whatever your doing all day ( mine would be plus 500 because I walk around all day at my job) + exercise . I think it's alot more than 1900 for when you exercise. I ate 1700 a day and lost weight ( i'm only 110 )
Use the tools on this website. They havn't done me wrong yet =) Anyone else?? |

| What helps me fight the cravings is bringing 5 bottles of flavored water to work. whenever I feel to eat something I chug a bottle. Youll be too full to eat anything lol. Oh and those 50 calorie cup of soup. they come in wondeful flavors and they are SOO filling. I just had one now!! ( i'm home all day with tons of junk food upstairs ) I use to eat soo much crap at work, but now I dont. It gets better with time !!! The worst is the first week or so | |||

| 140 . It took one year to get down to my goal weight. Slow and steady wins the race ^^. I have much better eatting habits and I have constitanly been going to the gym for 8 months now ^^. This is a life style change and i'm glad that I comitted to it! | |||

| Well I have to get to 1600. But I tend to eat alot of high calorie things when I'm home with my boyfriend after work at night. This is what my day looks like
Breakfast: 200 Lunch : 300 Snack: 100 Dinner:400 ( it's about 5 pm now and i'm home with my b/f) Snack: 600 lol ^^ I work out at 8 pm and I dont eat after that so I'm pretty active all day lol |

| You need to take in account how many calories you burn just existing. Put your numbers into the calorie count tool in expenditure I think it is. So mine is 1600 at Sedentary. So If I burn 400 at the gym that means all day I have burned 2000 calories. Now I can eat up to 2000 without gaining anything. Anything less than this 2000 I will lose weight. Never go under 1200-1300.

| I'm sure you lost inches!! I've been working out and counting calories for 7 months now, and guess what?? I"ve only lost around 7-8 pounds. Nothing in the last 3 months BUT I've went down soooo many inches and even almost 3 sizes!! I think you should messure . I don't weight as often but I do take messurements every month and it's SOO monivating. The scale means NOTHING.
For example, I hit my goal weight beggining of june. I've gained 2 pounds since then, BUT My wiast is down .5 , tummy down .5 and thighs down .5 So keep up what your ding and find other ways to messure! Good luck !! your doing great!! |

Am I burning the food from earlier today if I go to the gym right now?? won't it equal out in the end since I', going to have a 200 deficit at the end of the day??( from exercise) i'm sorry I'm confused now =/ So I should be eatting 1200 a day to lose weight but then eat back the 400 I do at the gym because they cancel each other out keeping it at 1200 right??
