Thanks you guys! i went to the ER, but they did nothing but a pap smear, and i am only 16! it was extremely embarassing and fruitless because they could not do anything anyways. but at least i know for future reference. ;D

Thankyou shanah, that is really thoughtful and true. i told him about the run, but it did not phase him, but this too shall pass, right?

And for the runs, i have a seriously sensitive gut, so what i have done is: a major carb load the day before, minimal protein and fat, no exercise past 4pm the day before, then eat 3 hours before the run, again loading up on carbs, and on the 20 miler i did not eat and felt totally fine, great actually. then right when i got back home, about an hour later, i ate a light snack with protein and carbs and then of course had a nice BIG dinner. Hope this was helpful! :D

AW thankyou so much you guys. i am really nervous, but it feels so good to be working towards something that is so much bigger than myself. TO stevie, on run days i eat from 2000 to 2700, and on my "active rest days" i will eat more like 1500-1800. but it all depends on my hunger pains. also i found that the less protein and fiber and fat, the happier my tummy is. i also don't eat for 3 hours before my run, i have a very sensitive GI tract though. Yep, i have had my trainers tell me to practice nutrition on long runs too, but with my stomach, i am a bit scared... runners trot. Embarassed

Hey, i am fairly acitve, i love to work out! :D i workout 1-2 hours a day, usually running and weigts, but some days, i sit in bed and watch TV and eat. heehee.      &n bsp; i probably get an average of 10 hours per week. as far as height/weight, i don't like to say it or really know it for that matter, it gets a bit triggering. i would be happy to talk more over email, or privately so as not so many people can read about me and judge... comment...etc. Also, i was wondering if you are in recovery, or recovered, and how your doctor feels about your health, as i feel that would greatly change our convo. (sorry for the super long post)
