I understand what you sayed and Iit's true but for the first time In 21/2 years I can enjoy myself a treat every day, can be salty or sweet but will pick the smartest choices, low calories and fat, whole grain or wheat. But I'll have just 1

I also eat healthy breakfast, lunch, and other snacks, incorporate always vegetables and fruits, plus my work out is pretty intense, Everybody is diferent, some people can go back to their old habits not me, I love eating healthy without deprivation. For me is easy to walk away from the tentation while I'm driving or out with friends just because I already had some.

stop buying cereal they could have 6 g of sugar any brand even for that is low, I just can't stop eating the rest of the box. I love kashi, have 3 diferent kind at home, but I have not touch then since I bought them, around 1 month ago, I prefer eggs and oatmeal with fruit for breakfast, keep me full....Cockies or any cake, anything with sugar, mini packs, low fat ice cream etc, I can't have those I have one and I want to have more, What I do is if Im craving something sweet I'll go to the ice cream store or bakery and buy them, run away and not come back.

Marc's is a cheap place to buy groceries and better vegetables and fruit, I love it, even 1 containie of oatmeal is 0.88 cents....

Try head of lettuce (.90-1.50)

bag of carrots chips (1.50)

bananas (.49 a pound)

any cereal brand betwen (2-4.00)

Canned beans (.50-1) good for you look for low sodium ones

frozen veggies (1.50 - 200)

bread (1-3)

nonfat naturall yorgutr container (2.80)

cheese 25% less fat different kinds (2.50)

bag of apple (4)

canned fruit without sugar added (.50-1.50)

canned tuna (.70)

deli turket (2.50)

Yams (.99 a pound)

Around 20 maybe little more, but make sense right.....\Good food low prices....

That cakes, donuts, coockies are loaded in trans fat :_( I love sweet,

The weight you see depends of what time you weighting yourself, the best thing is the morning first time you wake up, naked, don't drink anything. That is you real weight that morning, but sometimes depend of what you ate the night before too many carbs or sodium in you dinner. Anything can add pounds or substract, you drink 8 oz water maybe 1/2 pound or 1, eat  breakfast, going to the bathroom, muscle gain etc...

Please is all how you feel the next day, after you work out or eat healty, inchessssss not pounds.....

Im in body building now  but still weight the same or 1 pound more every week, sometimes going down 2 or 3 after 2 weeks, and then I know im losing inches and fat

Well Wao you are very pretty and you weight is perfect for you high 5'7", Im 5'6" I used to be skinny at you age 110-115 and I was unhappy with it, now I can't imagine 105 you body will turn into bones because you mass index is too low, I always wanna to gain weight someway when I was you age, I don't understand. But I guess is all you decition even If we are trying to support and giving you good advice on how that can be bad for you health.

I was under weight until I hit Puberty, And I was unhappy they way I looked. Long skinny legs and arms, flat front but I always kept my little and curvy hips. I used to drink tons of regular cokes, any kind, chips, sweets, cakes, chocolate, rice, pasta, whatever I want. I like the way I look now I guess, more curvy I feel like a woman, there is nothing bad with that. But of course you want  tigh but and abs, wich Im working pretty hard now to get it....

Me and I feeling so bad, I gained like 4 pounds, I started friday, I guess my hormones went crazy when Im close to my days ;). So my body get out of control and I eat like crazy.

My boyfriend had a barbacue and I ate steak, potatoe salad, chips (tons), and the worst coockies (tons), then I had beer, margaritas, uffffff

Then yesterday We had pizza for dinner, Im so sick of eating, and mad because I was watching my eating during the weekend, but I guess was my fault, so I'll go back into my regular exercises and healthy eating for a while....

I love

Breakfast: oatmeal with skim milk, 6 almonds and fruit or egg whites with turkey bacon and cheese

Natural penut butter with slice of w grain bread, kashi pancakes , or crackers (mmmmmmmmm every day )

apples, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, melon ( 3 of these a day)

whey protein ( favorite after work out)

brown rice , whole w pasta ( 2 times a week)

whole low carb tortilla, pita wraps with turkey, cheese, beans, salsa, greens (usuallu eat this 2 a week for lunch )

TLC bars, skim milk or soy milk.

I love this food ..... I prefer those instead a hamburguer and fries....

I had pizza and ice cream all my life and I;m not giving up those food for nothing, just not every day of course.

But the one I gave up are white potatoes, chips, salty food, aby kind of frozen meal, full fat mayo and other dressing (prefer the light fat free version), donuts, cakes, white rice, white pasta, cheese foods, fried food (chicken, meats, sea food, anything)

mmmyy God I had tons of stories of binging while diet plus before enjoy CC.

While my boyfriend was at work I order 12" pizza and order of cinnamon sticks during afternoon, then he came back we order italian for dinner 2 or 3 hourse later, had a lasagna for myself and tons of ice cream for desert. Driving to my favorite bakery stores, bough around 5 donuts and coffe for breakfast on sundays, having food in my bed while watching TV, eating 3 PB and jelly sandwiches with 1 banana before going to bed. I don't do that any more, thanks God, now I think 2 before doing that or make right choices

I work out pretty hard and I used to binge a lot before because I wasn't having more than 80 g of carb a day, resisting, sandwiches, fruit, rice pasta, crackers, granola, etc. I work out pretty hard so wasn't giving enough energy to my body to gain muscle, having problems going to the bathroom.

Now I eat most of my carbs mixed with protein trough the day, even at night, some rice beans or pasta, and yogurt fruit for dessert. I noticed that my abs are showing and Im gaining muscles in part of my body I never saw before, Im very happy, fiber keep me full now... so please enjoy you carbs, you will loose weight slow but save, instead going without carbs.

p.s I tried the low carb diet and lost water weight and muscle in 2 weeks but I gained everything and more back after that.

I do not log my calories in this web every day, to see if I ate 100 or 200 more, At this point I know how much have every food that I eat, portions, mesure, weight, or just reading labels, I write down in a papper or just in my mind. Pretty easy.

by the way I burn 600 to 700 only with High Intensity cardio....or do 30 minutes runing and try elliptical for 20 minutes. Changing you cardio rutine every day help...

You should do less cardio about 50 minutes but High Intensity cardio, burn more fat and sweet more, than just only doing slow speed for soooo long.... That work for me of course it took me long time to get here. I run 50 minutes about 5.5 to 7.0 mph. Is good to slim legs.....

Turkey 6 slices 2 g carb, 8 g protein, 60 cal

light string cheese 1 g carb, 7 g protein, 50 cal

whey protein 20 g protein,  3 g carb, 100 cal

Those are 3 of my food that I eat every day

Well I start thinking and wait for 15 minutes before If i really wanna do this (eat anything unhealthy) will end in binging more food, that's not good because I work so hard to loose those pound during the week. I'll take my bike, grab a snack, water and go to the library. I find so much better, read fitness, health magazines, gossip, etc......

I read that bananas are good if you feel bloated, they are high in potasium, but high in sugar too...

Eaten bananas make me crave sweet foods, I love apples less sugar and I can eat them with NPB for snack every day
