| I also wish lower fat foods were cheaper. I recently moved back on campus for college and I can't afford the really healthy foods so I ahve to eat bad foods in small quantities. And sicne the lifestyle change, bad foods have started to taste like cardboard to me. So I basically live on cardboard right now. Ew. |

| I think I am going to post some before and after pictures as soon as I get some recent pictures of myself to post. I am going to srot of start maintaining right now. I can lose up to 5 lbs and still look good, but I don't want to gain. So as long as I'm within a few pounds of wherever I am I'll feel happy. I'm glad I've made it to a goal where I am happy with how I look - to an extent. I still look in the mirror and see thunder thighs, but I also look in the mirror and go "wow, my stomach is a lot smaller." If I stand up straight and don't slouch there is only a tiny bit that sticks out and thats always been there. I don't think I can get a flat stomach unless I do a lot of abwork. Thanks for all the support in this thread from all of you, and I'll still be around, quietly maintaining and training for my bicycle ride. |

| I used to work at Subway so I can asy that the 530 is without cheese, the tuna itself is about 50% mayo, 50% tuna. Yeah, the veggie subs are decent, I also found that I could get one of the 4 inch mini subs and it would fill me up for less calories (I'm small though, I can't eat as much as taller people) |

| I might just ahve huge hips and thighs too. My hipbones are sticking out so I am almost afraid to lose much more weight. I also ahve a lot of muscle too, but my muscles are just big - not like a runners muscles. Curse the lack of fat to lose on my legs! I tend to wear the larger size on bottom and smaller size on top. Hmm, trading belly for thighs. . .I am just a couple pounds away from having a completely flat stomach. I'm getting close to reaching my goal. |

| At 132 size 6's are big on you? I'm rather envious. At 125 for me size 6's are perfect. Right now I am around 132 and size 6 is a little tight. But my legs won't get much smaller than they are now so I guess I'm out of luck with hoping to ever be a size 4. |

mirks: Wow, I am a size 6, and am not "huge" Heck, no matter what I do I cannot get below a size 6 because I have too much muscle. That friend of a friend must have problems if she thinks a size 6 is huge |

| I started doing that recently. I just stopped counting. It would make me depressed when I went even a little over. So I sort of know I go slightly over 1200 calories or under, but without that set number I feel better. I leave myself to eat by my best judgement (no candy, no ice cream) and am still here to talk to people and get motivated. You can still stay and not use the counting function. |

| My goal weight is a weight where I looked really really good at (5'2 - want to be 125lbs) and not too skinny for all the muscle I have My goal date is Thanksgiving - the day I'll be able to see my boyfriend again since he is currently moving to Florida and I cannot see him until then. I currently weigh around 135 |

| It really does. And I used to look int he mirror and only see the pudge, adter she mentioned it I look in the mirror and also see the muscles she mentioned. Its ahrd to tell I am overweight, but I have less than 10lbs left to lose. Just that little more off my waist and I'll look at my best. I am also starting to train for a bike ride. I fully intend to ride in teh Seattle to Portland bike ride this upcoming year. It might be too much to ride the entire 200 miles in one day, but I am going to try my best to do just that. I have the muscle for it, I know that (I weigh 135ish and look a lot lighter) |

| I have to wear a belt with most of my pants because I am really curvy. Even when I wore smaller pants I had to wear a belt. They wouldn't fall off, but they were good around the butt and thigh and loose around the waist. I didn't like the feeling of a loose waistband so I started wearing a belt all the time. Though them slipping off would be nice however. My dress pants already started to do that, and the khaki pants I bought in April hang weirdly off my butt. |

| I was reassured today that my goal weight wasn't too high for my height when a friend I hadn't seen in a long while looked at me and said something like "You seem to muscular to have to lose weight" So evidently I have really toned great looking muscles that offset the pudge that I am trying to lose. I wasn't sure whether to feel awkward about the large amount of muscles I had or to feel good that she thought I looked really good. Anyway, just had to mention that, it makes me laugh to think on it. |

| Mountain Biking. Road bicycling is alright too, but I mainly love the feel of the wind in my face, the speed that I am going, and with mountain biking, the feel of the dirt trail underneath me and the shock of racing over a steep dirt hill. | |||

| I'm a 34DD, but I tend to use a 36D sports bra and it works good for me. I was told if you cannot find one in your size to go a cup size lower but a band size higher. |

| Mine are toned, I think. I'm not really sure how to tell the difference honestly. And I look like I weigh a lot less than I do as well. My boyfriend loves my muscle though, he says that he would rahter have a stong girlfriend that is bigger than a stick with no muscle to speak of. I am just sometimes afraid to wear shorts because people tend to stare and it makes me uncomfortable. |

Yeah, walking is necessary I suppose. And one of the things we say in marching band is "Your calf muscles will be the envy of everyone around you" I guess if they are toned thats true XD I also like to bike ride, so my leg muscles will always be huge. Having a large frame will make it less noticable on me though. I blame my dad for this. My mother has skinny legs |

| I'm not relly nervous about 12 hours of band though. I did is lat year and its a lot of fun. I love band, I love marvhing. There is absolutely no reason for me to be stressed and I don't feel stressed atall. | |||

| It wasn't when I had greater stress. This week is one of the most low stress weeks ever. Acid doesn't usually bother me, except orange juice (I was drinking guava juice that morning) But I am somewhat able to eat again. Breakfast is the only meal that is making me feel sick now. I ahve also recently found that it might be caused by a change in eating schedule. All summer I ate at specific times (10:00Am for breakfast, 1:30PM for lunch and 7:00PM for dinner) I had to change it and after 3 months of never changing that eating pattern my body may have gone "Whoa! This isn't proper eating time" and made me feel sick. At least I hope, because that pizza I had been able to eat for dinner was at my normal dinner time from summer, and the other meals are becoming a little easier. |

| It just happens to correspond to menstruating this month, usually it doesn't and I eat more during that time. I basically won't be eating enough for the next 5 days or so because thats how long it has lasted before. I also cannot keep food with me because its aet at the 3 meal times, hard work for the rest of the day with marching band this week. And eyas, eating makes me feel nauseated, I usually eat a ton so it worries me. |

| wanttobehot: Good job on the running. I'm more of a bicycle person, and I have asthma so I can't do any long epriod of running or any fast paced exercises. So that is awesome. After being sick for the past few days I am finally sort of back on track after eating soup and 7-Up for the past couple days. Also in a week I'll be moving up to university campus for the year and will have 2 hours of marching band 4 days a week plus football games for exercise. I also plan on riding my bike on the bike trail up there. I am so excited about that. |

| Okay, I was sitting at my computer today, eating like I did last summer (when I was 125 and looked great) and finally realized how I gained weight. I can pretty much eat whatever I want at home and still be at reasonable calories because I don't get very hungry or eat overly much, but at college, I snacked on candy a lot. I haven't had candy all summer and am really noticing a weight loss even just eating almost anything I want. At college all I'll need to do is make sure I don't eat candy (too often - I love skittles and might treat myself to one bag a week) |

| Well, good news for me: I have been measuring my inches, and well, I started at: Bust: 36 Waist: 32.5 Hips: 42 and this morning when I measured I was Bust: 36 Waist 31.5 Hips: 40.5 Here's hoping I can get by butt down to 38 and my waist to 28-30 (28 is not likely, I have a large frame) |

| What I do when I see ice cream treats I really want is make sure I go with a friend and split one. Like tomorrow I am going to Dairy Queen with my mother and we are going to split one of those turtle waffle sundaes. 800 calories for 1, now only 400 and you still get the satisfaction of ice cream. |
