Happy Monday

Very sick last week I even got down to 202. Glad to see the 204.3 today. Even happier to be back at work and feeling good.

Horrible weekend, I went to the boyfriends parents house they like to drink and I over did it. This week I am going to punish myself for it. I will go to the gym 4 times at least because of my weekend.

What did he say after that. Are you sure he wasn't smiling at you for good reasons. Like he liked you. I was at the gym yesterday and these two adults were getting into also. Not the same situation but they were talking very loud. Everyone was staring at them. I wish that people would just not act out. I used to be so afraid of the gym because I thought people would laugh at me because I wasn't doing the machines right or becuase I was all sweaty in the butt area. Now I don't care I am there for me and they will not take that away. If he was laughing at you it is because he is insecure with himself and by laughing at others it makes him feel better. Do I think you did the right thing... Yes, don't let him think he is getting away with his rude behavior.

Well I don't know how many times I am going to go this week (to the gym). I hurt my shoulder really bad. So it might be a real easy week for me. I will however, make up for it with my diet (fingers crossed). Good luck to everyone this week.

Your my motivation this week Bethystan to get better and go to the gym. You are awesome. If you can find time to go to the gym that much and work that much I have no excuse. =)

That is insane bethystan. Where do you find the time to do that. I have a mini goal of working out 3 time a week. Which last week I worked out 4 time. So yeah me. That is great though that you can do 10 work outs. Where are your pictures?

Last week: 211.9 lbs

Current week: 208 lbs 

Most of it was due to a really bad weekend last week. Also I went to the gym 4 times last week. Hope it continues to go down and not up. Good luck girls.

Even if he is still there go! You are paying for it. Anyways, do not let him think he has won. By not going he can continue to harass you. If you go NO when you go to the gym and he comes up to you. Just tell him that it didn't work out and that you are more comfortable working out by yourself. I know easier said then done. I doubt he will even come up to you.

I'm an all day weigher. I just cannot help it. I weigh myself in the morning and that is what I go by, but then I weigh when I get home from work then before my shower at night. It is a bit obsessive. I thought I had a problem when I moved in with my boyfriend I thought he was going to think I was crazy. However, he hears the scale on the floor in the bathroom and then he yells from the other room "how much". How should I think about that?

I do it all the time. Tell people how many calories is in that or if you eat this. I do at lunch with my co-workers. I count for them and myself. They think I am crazy because I know them all by heart. I really don't, I know the basics. It can be annoying!!!! Anyways...I don't think it is a huge problem I am just being aware of what I eat. I also do it when my boyfriend and I walk to the store for dessert we are looking at all the labels on the candy bars and ice cream shocked at how much they are. He gets the ice cream pint with 1200 calories in it and doesn't even care though. I am stuck with a square of dark chocolate or a half a cup of ice cream yogurt. Oh well such is life. AT least I will be able to find someone good looking if we break up. =) Just kidding.

GOOD MORNING!!!

I went and got a gym pass last night, now I have to go to the gym ... it is close to my house and I am paying for it.  Wish me luck haven't been in 6 months.

Today is weigh in right. So I gained this weekend. =(

Start Weight from May 16th : 223 lbs

Current Weight today : 211.9  (I am hopeing that most of that will fall off quick since I was 208 last week. Cannot believe I gained that over the weekend so we will see next weigh in.

I am 25 years old and 5'5" about.

My goals right now is to find time 3 days a week to exercise.

oh I forgot....

I am 25 years old, 5'5" about with a little under 50 pounds to lose now as of this morning.

Start weight: 223

Current weight: 207.2

Goal wieght: 160 for right now then we will see where I want to be after that.

Hello there,

I would love to join this group. I have been on here since May counting calories but I really didn't want to join the chats. I think because then i would be held accountable. Now I don't care you guys are all so helpful and nice. I will hopefully get a picture up soon and I would love to weigh in on mondays with you guys. So officially this is the first post. =)
