monday 32 oz tuesday 40 oz wednesday 16 oz thursday 20 oz Friday 8 oz All other days NOne sorry but i really tried on this one. i hate water. and i really dones drink a lot of fluids normally. it actual easier for me to drink the water when I'm at work. |

| Ok here are my numbers for the week. tuesday 1:45, wednesday 1:10, thursday :40 weight loss this week 1 lb. cw 179 calorie goal 1500 it too hot here in NYC. |

| Ok so my caloric goal is 1500. And question am I suppose to be posting my cardio here everyday or can you guys retrieve it from my activity log. Because something I am lazy when it comes to posting things I may not post it until a day or two after the fact. |

| You guys seem to be doing great. I apologize to the team for being nonresponsive. but i was away for the holiday weekend and prior to that my mother was having eye surgey. So things have been hectic trying my best to get back on track. So it ok if I do 60 minutes cardio to make up for the yesterday. Again I'm sorry team. |

| yeah that Dances character is really annoying I just wanted to introduce myself I am 25 and current 182 would like to get my weight down to 160 before the end of the summer. ANd hopefully can get down to 150 before my b-day in november. I wish everyone the best with reaching there goals and how we can all help each other. |
