| Ladies, txs for all the input! feels great all this support, I'll go with the ketosis since I have and use a tonguescraper daily, haven't had cavities in 16 yrs or plaque (healthy teeth :-) and I drink @ least 3 liters of mineral water a day :-)) Any more water and I will bubble on the inside, the dark greens is a thought! I'll try that 2morrow...Thanks again bundles!!!! | |||

Just burned 400 cals on the stairclimber so that is a good thing, almost fell of because I was so hungry, does anyone now if not eating during the day is really so bad since when I just ate fruit or nothing all day I was fine until the evening (hungry wise) but since I starting gearing up my metabolism with regular and healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner with some small, low fat snacks, it seems like my appetite only goes up EVERYDAY? Is this an adjusting fase or am I wacky built :-) |

| He ladies, seems like you all r doing loads better than I feel like I am doing in the race against the invasion of the unwanted lovehandles :-) FYI I posted a seperate forum in regards to Tom V. and his book "Burn the Fat, feed the muscle" if you are interested I would say click the link! http://www.calorie-count.com/forums/post/3720 0.html It is 11.30 am day 4... eating healthy, yoghurt, special K, water with lemon and raw carrots thusfar..went to bed hungry, woke up after 5 hours of sleep @ 7am also hungry :-) Today I'll do some cardio, haven't decided yet between the 50" fat burning Winsor Pilates or 60" @ home elliptical stairclimber... haven't exercised at all this weekend! I was at a routine of every other day but had too much muscle ache and frankly couldn't be bothered yesterday :-)) But the eating is going A ok.. We have decided last night that we will go for a short hols to Denmark and Sweden in a few weeks! Looking forward to it but am a bit afraid to step out of the exercise routine and out of the sheltered enviroment that keeps me on the right track, or at least so I believe.. But hubbie is being very supportive so I'll lean on him during the hols if I get cravings I suppose? He already told me last night in bed "boy you have bad breath!" howcome? I told him about the fat burning cause and told him I would try and c how to fix it, he said he didn't mind, yeah right but I DO (and he does to I bet ya but he is being a sweetie about all my obsessive calorie counting, the exercising, the "he honey listen to this about diets, blahblahblad" bless him :-) Well ladies I hope you'll do better than I am expecting to do today since I my brain can seem to focus on is.. | Dear Barnes,
I am a Winsor Pilates user myself and if you have sore muscles that is a sign that you have used them, congrats ;-) But don't overdo it, take always 1 day rest in between workouts and listen to your body. | Hi everyone! I am at 217,8 at this time, with a BMI of 32+ ;-) I am from Europe so we do it in kilograms and I must say 99 kg sounds a bit better... Just started yesterday and I am hoping to lose 30 kg... Found a book of Tom Venuto online and if anyone is interested I can recommend it! He is THE GURU who tells it like it is BURN THE FAT FEED THE MUSCLE... loads of tips and secrets. | Just make sure U don't do it on a daily bases and enjoy when you enjoy would be my advise, since we are trying to change a lifestyle and that will enclude some chocolate delights now and then :-)
