 I agree. That's why in my little organization, none of the board members are paid at all and that include our VP who is doctor. She traveled extensively to treat the lepers on her own cost. The only people who are paid are the field inspectors who performed the critical work of documenting and verifying that the projects were completed as planned in all parts of the world.

 How does your organization work?  Who actually performs the projects?  I take it you gather funds to then fund particular projects?

Wait...you had a minor medical emergency involving a cut inbetween fingers, and your first thought was to type?  On calorie-count?

So...you have internet access, but no access to emergency services or a telephone?

I don't get it. :D

My kids are going to have to pay their own way through college, because my life is too short.
