| I do! I'm super sexay! When I was younger my round butt embarassed me, and I thought I was ugly, but now that I'm older and wiser I can see my beauty and love it. I was told the one whole time I was actually kinda skinny by my best friend that "no offense, but you were sexier before." I don't think she was lyin'. |

Hi everybody- this is my first post ever. I've been using calorie-count
for my hand-written food journal for a few days now and just now
starting poking around the site. I'm 5'7" and 169 today (started out at 172)! My "default" weight is 164- that's what I weighed in jr high and high school, and for most of my adult life... except my freshman year in college when I rocketed up to 196 (too much mashed potatoes in the cafeteria, I tell ya!). Two summers ago I moved into a studio apartment. All alone, I got down to 144, the least I have weighed since childhood. Then I met my current boyfriend and the rest was pizza-together-on-the-couch history. This time, I don't really have a goal weight. I have a goal LOOK. I would like to have a taut belly and firm arms(I have thunderthighs, and am being realistic about them not magically changing into America's Next Top Model legs). When I was at 144 I got a tattoo on my arm...it looked pretty good then but now it looks trashy because my arm is flabby. I just want to have a healthy BMI and feel confident. So them's my goals.
