a diet rich in calcium can help maintain ur wieght as well as imporve muscle functions.

dnt listen to anyfin else.

milk is a great source of calcium and protein. include it in ur diet!

forget doctors office. its simpli a waste of time. heres how to do it at home. get your wieght in pounds. multipled by 12 (boy) or 11(if ur a girl). then times that by 2. heres ur basal metabolic rate not taking into account ur muscle mass etc.  so basicalli ur wieght times by 11 or 12. then times by 2.

also stay on a high protein diet consiting of small meals a dai. the high protein will sure kickstart ur metabolism bk into gear without gaining the pounds. go for lean pultry, fish, legumes egg whites (boiled) and fresh fruit and veg! plenty :)

hmmm yh sounds gd. i was thinkin of jus having have they offered me without the carbs..but i love cerial! so no matta what nuthing is goin to stop me frm having them in the mornings lol. apart frm that yh walkin around is sure enuf some gd excerise. alot wif the major heat!

i went for a very wrong crash diet which ruined ma health. i even swoooped down to as little as 400 calories a day. but now im on track. i went down from being 17 stones to 11 stones in  period of 5-6 months. now its jus a healthy lifestyle for me :) with random moments of eating out when im with family but i will always try to go for healthier options and fired foods is just a no no for me.

yhhh thats exactly what im doing, in this way ur more aware of what your wieght is and makes you feel in more control. what sort of things are restricted in ur diet? fried foods? sweets etc?

wow cheers mann they really helped! yhh my sister is on about the bagel man. we usually come to areas such as bond street and the places around brighton pier, however my sister gets annoyed if i mention healthy eating stuff so i wanted some inside info :) thanks dude! if you know anything else that wud be great. thanks again
