I hate beans, you know the ones that come in the can with that maple-y sauce??? yucky.

Foods How much do you eat? Jun 22 2007
03:12 (UTC)
I usually eat about 1200 cals a day, but i've eaten less and eaten WAY more! The most was about 1850 cals but i got carried away.. the food (restaurant) is so good! Other than that, i go between 1250 - 1350

The grams vary from 500 - 950. Why are my gram numbers so low?? i checked my analysis and i have never eaten more than 952 grams...

I dont peel my heels but i have picked at the skin of my fingers for a while now. I dunno why i do it, but if im doing a test in school and trying to think of an answer to a question, ill pick and pick. My finger especially my thumbs were really bad. They were raw and bleeding. If i have a white head and i squeeze out the white part, i tend to pick at the bump thats left over too. I thought i was alone in this, i didnt know it was a symptom and everything.

I believe i started doing this when i went on vacation to the caribbean(about three eyars ago.) I would get mosquito bites and i would pick the little scabby part in the middle.

I try to stop, like i try to remember to cut my nails everyweek but i forget. When my nails are short i cant pick anything so it helps.
