| I actually wore my heart rate monitor in a maths exam, and it got my heart rate up and i burned like 200-300 calories, i cant remember now. but i was panicking as i did it in pencil, finished closed it and it said must be done in pen. that was a rush ill never forget. | |||

| oats which have been cooked, with 4 egg whites stirred through the oats, cooked with a little bit of oil or whatever you want then you have oat pancakes. which keep me going for like half a day and can be served with fruit, cinnamon or whatever. | |||

| one that my trainer showed me was to get into the sit up position and twist my hips so that both my legs were over to one side. sort of a scissor position then slowly raise the torso just a few inches off the ground and you feel it within a few reps. | |||

| It all depends, their are advantages to both. with the fat burn you go less intense so it burns from the fat stores instead of the glycogen or glucose stores but you have to go for longer to achieve the effect. With instense excercise like running it burns from the glycogen stores but burns more calories, so it comes down to the calorie in calorie out so weight is lost from that. i dont know if that helped i dont think i answered the question. | |||

| It can be normal with athletes, because the body starts the menstrual cycle and the hormone levels goes up. and when the hormone levels drop suddenly, which is usually when the period begins. the levels drop slowly. so its not ammenorhea there is just no period. this is what my doctor told me. | |||

| im not so sure about a few days before but the day before i play an 80 minute soccer match i usually carbo load which is when i eat alot of carbohydrate to get the glycogen levels in my body up. so yeah carbs are really good and i also find its good to eat lots of carbo meals a few hours apart at night instead of one big meal.
hope that helps. but im not sure if it will. |
