I have been doing cardio I know about the whole spot training or whatever it is. You must lower your body fat before any good or any at all muscle definition shows.  I was just wondering what some good obique workouts are?

yeah the weight thing and rolling it up works the thing you must be sure to do is KEEP UR ARM STRAIGHT OUT and wroll it up slowly dont lose posture. Another thing youcan do is arm wrestle lol. Also another workout you can do is reverse bicep curls i think its what they are called. instead of doing a regular bicep curl you invert your forarm so your fist is facing outwards instead of inwards hope i helped.

For the Protein take powder supplements Whey is the best out there. Get ON 100% Whey if you can but if your on a budget get the ones at walmart.

For me it was standing in the mirror and thinking to myself. "Look what I've become". I would pretty much devour anything in sight not thinking about how many calories. I was sick of being fat.

I usually eat 350-400 Calories for breakfast ( Cereal)
Then I have like little meals throughout the rest of the day for example the rest of my meals through the day are about 300 calories so I fit in a good 4 more meals for the day and I wait 3 hours in between each so i eat about 1600 calories a day.

Haha yeah. my sister started dieting with me for a little time. i started noticing she stopped about a few days after she started shes just not commited into it.

Its all a matter of your bodtype bro. Im 6'3 Too and i was really overweight at 190 and right now I weigh 151 and still got 20 more lbs to lose. then im gonna gain like 10-15 lbs in muscle hopefully so yeah. I would kill to have a medium or large body type but instead i got scrawny bodytype. so yeah it all depends. and as for trying to gain muscle while facing a calorie deficit (pretty much means calories lower than maintain which is required to lose weight) is extremely hard from what I hear and its hard for me too. You will gain muscle at the beginning but from there good luck. You can do zig zag dieting which is where certain days you eat about maintaining calories but the extra calories is protein. If you need any help PM ME . I dont know everything but will try my best to help out.

I live out in the country and my dog isnt on a leash. When I run he comes tagging along and i dont put him on a leash its not irresponsibile because he never bites anyone or goes up to people. Hes SCARED of other people so he sticks near me or wonders out into the fields and ends up coming back. If he were to bite someone which I HIGHLY doubt I would take full responsibility.

Gosh that blows. I do all this work losing the weight and then i gain it back to get muscle. Could i just eat my "Maintaining" calories to gain muscle or would i actually have to eat more than that


EDIT That article that i read said that you can Lose fat on Monday thru Thursday and Pig out on Saturday and Friday and gain muscle

I read the article it says you can Change ur calorie intake each day like one day you can get a calorie deficit and the other a calorie surplus so say if i eat 1600 calories 2day then tomorrow I eat 2100 and lift weights would that work?

Haha i kno ithought there was somthin i might have been missing. what if I worked out a lot like did a lot of cardio and eat a lot once i hit my building muscle stage would that prevent the fat from coming and keep the muscle coming thru?

yes i am trying to lose weight but what I dont understand is i will watch the biggest loser and stuff and those guys have huge arms while losing weight at the same time I dont understand it.

EDIT: I eat around 1600 calories a day and on my workout days i eat from 1700-1800 calories a day

i am 6'2 to 6'3 give or take. i guess i need to hit my muscles harder next time i dont know what to do like this morning when i woke up i could somewhat tell i worked out my arms but it wasnt like sore i could just feel it. and it feels like that every day after i work out and no improvement. I workout my biceps 2-3 times a week and no improvement it really frustrates me.

I take a cheat day like once every few months and go crazy one time I ate a whole pint of Ben and Jerry's Half Baked ice cream. It was so delcious and totally worth it.

I mean she knows that i have lost all this weight i mean it just i dont get it. but yeah i guess  i mean all i eat all the time is like healthy choice tv dinners and lean cuisine so she has those choices if she wants so i guess ill just back off.

Norbit was one of the worst movies I have seen in a while. It had a few funny parts in it but I found myself Squirming in my seat cuz i saw it with my family i was saying to myself Ill pay 10 dollars to just leave the theater.

I would agree with the rotten tomato ratings almost always. Except I saw I now pronounce you chuck and larry and that was about 17% and i laughed at it. and i thought the movie was good. Other than that movie tho most of the movies are within right ratings. But yeah that movie looks horrible imo.
